【摘要】：建筑業(yè)與國(guó)計(jì)民生關(guān)聯(lián)密切,有著良好的發(fā)展前景。施工企業(yè)作為工程項(xiàng)目的承包單位,在整個(gè)建筑業(yè)價(jià)值鏈中扮演著重要的角色,是建筑工程項(xiàng)目的重要責(zé)任承擔(dān)者。施工項(xiàng)目管理是施工企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的核心,沒(méi)有好的管理,就沒(méi)有好的效益。業(yè)務(wù)流程管理以提高效率、創(chuàng)造價(jià)值為直接目標(biāo),以客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度和產(chǎn)品為導(dǎo)向。用流程進(jìn)行施工項(xiàng)目管理可以規(guī)范管理制度,形成有序的管理模式幫助提高施工效率,降低施工成本。作為一家施工企業(yè),H公司制定了施工項(xiàng)目管理流程和制度。然而H公司對(duì)于業(yè)務(wù)流程疏于管理,沒(méi)有及時(shí)修正、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,使流程管理趨于形式化。建筑工程是施工企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務(wù),實(shí)施建筑工程業(yè)務(wù)流程管理是H公司提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必經(jīng)之路。本文以H公司某住宅樓工程為例,提出了該項(xiàng)目在施工階段存在的問(wèn)題,并加以分析。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)過(guò)程中,施工的實(shí)際成本超出了目標(biāo)成本。經(jīng)過(guò)進(jìn)一步核算,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題主要出在了施工材料費(fèi)上�；诖�,通過(guò)分析影響材料成本的因素,研讀大量的學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn),本文提出了降低材料成本的解決方案,并對(duì)相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,用規(guī)范的流程化管理來(lái)控制施工材料成本。本文分別改善了材料采購(gòu)流程、材料出入庫(kù)流程和材料現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理流程。為了流程的順利實(shí)施,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、培訓(xùn)機(jī)制和信息技術(shù)支持等方面制定了相應(yīng)的配套措施。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood and has good prospects for development.As the contracting unit of the project, the construction enterprise plays an important role in the whole construction value chain and is the important duty bearer of the construction project.Construction project management is the core of construction enterprises to create value, without good management, there is no good benefit.Business process management aims directly at improving efficiency and creating value, and is oriented towards customer satisfaction and products.The management system of construction project can be standardized by the process of construction project management, and the orderly management mode can help to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction cost.As a construction enterprise, the company has established the construction project management process and system.However, H company is not in the business process management, has not been timely revised, optimize the business process, so that process management tends to formalize.Construction engineering is the core business of construction enterprises, and the implementation of construction engineering business process management is the only way for H company to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Taking the project of a residential building in H Company as an example, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the construction stage of the project and analyzes it.It is found that the actual construction cost exceeds the target cost in the construction process of the project.After further accounting, found that the main problem in the construction material costs.Based on this, by analyzing the factors affecting material cost and studying a large number of academic documents, this paper proposes a solution to reduce the cost of materials, and optimizes the related business processes.Control the cost of construction materials by standard flow management.This paper improves the material purchasing process, material storage process and material site management process respectively.In order to carry out the process smoothly, the corresponding supporting measures are made from the aspects of organization structure, training mechanism and information technology support.
