【摘要】：廣廈園林公司是國(guó)內(nèi)一家專門從事各種環(huán)境景觀工程施工、園林綠化工程及養(yǎng)護(hù)等業(yè)務(wù)的公司,近年來,隨著公司實(shí)力不斷增強(qiáng),其所投標(biāo)的工程項(xiàng)目愈來愈多。為了能使投標(biāo)資金得到利益的最大化,并且對(duì)項(xiàng)目工程方面的信息進(jìn)行綜合管理,公司工作人員對(duì)現(xiàn)在的工程投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目管理方式進(jìn)行了討論,并且一致認(rèn)為目前人工為主的管理方式已經(jīng)無法跟上公司發(fā)展的腳步,甚至可能因?yàn)楣芾聿簧贫璧K公司的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。為此,工作人員提出希望建立一套自動(dòng)化的工程投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),使用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)手段對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理。本系統(tǒng)以面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)思想為基礎(chǔ),使用B/S架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā),將Java作為編程語言,此語言通用性較強(qiáng),便于系統(tǒng)功能拓展升級(jí)。并且利用Struts2、 Spring、Hibernate三個(gè)框架技術(shù)與MVC開發(fā)模式的結(jié)合對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行層次劃分。在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)方面,則以大型關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫Oracle11g為基礎(chǔ),充分利用Hibernate的數(shù)據(jù)庫連接池技術(shù),進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的存取操作。系統(tǒng)劃分了項(xiàng)目管理、證件管理、投標(biāo)分析管理、報(bào)表中心管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理五項(xiàng)功能。項(xiàng)目管理主要包括：項(xiàng)目信息管理、項(xiàng)目登記、項(xiàng)目類型管理、項(xiàng)目班子管理四項(xiàng)子功能；證件管理包括：證件類型管理、證件信息管理、證件登記、證件培訓(xùn)、證件統(tǒng)計(jì)、證件流動(dòng)六項(xiàng)子功能；投標(biāo)分析管理包括：投標(biāo)標(biāo)錄信息管理、查看報(bào)價(jià)浮動(dòng)曲線圖等子功能；報(bào)表中心管理包括：報(bào)表類型管理、報(bào)表管理等子功能；系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理包括：檔案、合同、費(fèi)用、職工信息、往來單位、日程、用戶、公司信息等多種管理以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置多項(xiàng)子功能。本工程投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)在廣廈園林公司投入使用之后,可以提高公司在項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)管理方面的規(guī)范化、自動(dòng)化程度,提高工作人員的工作效率與工作質(zhì)量,使公司高層全方位的掌握公司在工程投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)方面的信息,及時(shí)做出調(diào)整,有助于公司未來的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Guangxia Landscape Co., Ltd. is a company specialized in environmental landscape engineering construction, landscape engineering and maintenance, etc. In recent years, with the increasing strength of the company, more and more engineering projects are being tendered by the company.In order to maximize the benefits of bidding funds, and to comprehensively manage the information of project engineering, the staff of the company discussed the current project management mode of project bidding.And it is agreed that the current management mode based on labor has been unable to keep up with the pace of the development of the company, and may even hinder the development process of the company because of poor management.Therefore, the staff proposed to set up an automatic project management system for engineering bidding and use advanced technical means to manage the project.This system is based on the object-oriented design idea and uses the B / S architecture to develop the system. Java is taken as the programming language. This language has strong generality and is convenient to expand and upgrade the system functions.And use Struts2, Spring hibernate three frame technology and MVC development mode to divide the system hierarchy.In the aspect of database design, based on the large relational database Oracle11g, the database connection pool technology of Hibernate is fully utilized to access the system data.The system includes five functions: project management, certificate management, bidding analysis management, report center management and system maintenance management.Project management mainly includes four sub-functions: project information management, project registration, project type management, project team management, certificate management including: document type management, document information management, document registration, certificate training, certificate statistics,The management of bid analysis includes: bidding information management, checking the floating curve of quotation, report center management including: report form type management, report form management and so on.System maintenance management includes: files, contracts, expenses, employee information, units, schedules, users, company information and other management, as well as the system set up a number of sub-functions.After the project management system is put into use in Guangxia Garden Company, it can improve the standardization and automation of the project bidding management, and improve the work efficiency and work quality of the staff.So that the company in all aspects of the company in the bidding information, timely adjustment, conducive to the future development of the company.
