【摘要】：亭子口水利樞紐庫區(qū)交通復建和農(nóng)田防護工程采取委托建設管理模式,由于淹沒區(qū)遷移復建項目的復雜性和工程本身的特殊性,要求現(xiàn)場建設管理機構具有較高的專業(yè)管理水平。較詳細介紹了加強該項目建設管理如工程質(zhì)量控制、施工安全管理、工程進度控制和參建各方關系協(xié)調(diào)等方面的具體措施和對策,對于落實并體現(xiàn)國家關于政府投資項目管理改革的精神,提供了有價值的參考管理模式和可資借鑒的實例。
[Abstract]:The traffic rehabilitation and farmland protection projects in the reservoir area of the Tingzikou water conservancy project adopt the mode of entrusted construction management. Due to the complexity of the relocation and rehabilitation project in the flooded area and the particularity of the project itself,Field construction management agencies are required to have a higher level of professional management.The concrete measures and countermeasures for strengthening the construction management of the project, such as engineering quality control, construction safety management, project schedule control and coordination between the parties involved in the construction, are introduced in detail.For implementing and embodying the spirit of the government investment project management reform, this paper provides a valuable reference management model and some examples to be used for reference.
