【摘要】:工作流技術(shù)起源于辦公自動(dòng)化,在過去的十年中,工作流技術(shù)變得越來越面向大型企業(yè)和科研應(yīng)用的流程自動(dòng)化,為企事業(yè)單位實(shí)現(xiàn)無紙化辦公和業(yè)務(wù)高效流轉(zhuǎn)提供了可能。對(duì)于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)的電力工程項(xiàng)目管理存在的手段缺乏、部門間交流存在延遲、業(yè)務(wù)流轉(zhuǎn)效率低下等問題,運(yùn)用工作流技術(shù)可以很好地將其解決。本文以國(guó)家電網(wǎng)蘭州分公司大客戶及市場(chǎng)拓展部委托開發(fā)的電力工程管理系統(tǒng)為背景,研究了工作流技術(shù)在系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模。依照軟件工程思想對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行生命周期的描述,包括問題定義、方案研究、需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)和測(cè)試。該系統(tǒng)以流程自動(dòng)流轉(zhuǎn)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力工程項(xiàng)目從遞交申請(qǐng)到資料歸檔的全部環(huán)節(jié),其具體設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)如下:采用面向?qū)ο蠓椒ㄟM(jìn)行需求分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),識(shí)別出電力工程管理過程中的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)以及各部門工作人員在流程中實(shí)際的角色,進(jìn)而針對(duì)識(shí)別出的實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)。然后運(yùn)用Java語(yǔ)言體系中的框架Spring、Mybatis和ExtJs協(xié)助構(gòu)建系統(tǒng),最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)上線運(yùn)行一年有余,極大地提高了國(guó)家電網(wǎng)該部電力工程業(yè)務(wù)流轉(zhuǎn)效率,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了辦公自動(dòng)化,是幫助其向信息化和高效化走出的重要一步。
[Abstract]:The origin of the workflow technology in the office automation, in the past ten years, workflow technology becomes more and more large scale enterprises and research application of process automation, for enterprises and institutions to achieve paperless office and business efficient transfer possible. For the existence of electric power engineering project management of the national grid and the lack of means of communication between departments, there is a delay business, transfer efficiency is low, the use of workflow technology can well be solved. In this paper, the State Grid Lanzhou branch customer and marketing management system of Electric Power Engineering Department commissioned the development background of the application of workflow technology in the system, and modeling the business process. According to the life cycle of the system software engineering thought is described, including problem definition, project research, demand analysis, design, implementation and testing. This system uses automatic transfer process To achieve the power project from submitting the application to all data archiving links, the specific design and implementation are as follows: using object-oriented method for requirement analysis and system design, identify the actual key nodes in power engineering management process and the staff of various departments in the process of the role, and then design the system function according to the actual demand identify. And then use the Spring Java framework of the language system, Mybatis and ExtJs to build the system, the final test of the system. This system has been operated for more than a year, greatly improve the Department of State Grid Electric Power Engineering business circulation efficiency, realized the office automation, is an important step in helping them out to the information and efficient.
