【摘要】：虛擬企業(yè)以分布、協(xié)調(diào)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)的新的組織模式 ,給項(xiàng)目管理的研究和應(yīng)用都提出了新的挑戰(zhàn) ,任務(wù)調(diào)度所需信息的不確定性及個(gè)體盟員利益同整體項(xiàng)目利益的潛在不一致性 ,是造成虛擬企業(yè)項(xiàng)目調(diào)度困難的主要原因。本文在模糊描述企業(yè)狀態(tài)信息的基礎(chǔ)上 ,給出一種通過(guò)由盟主和潛在盟員之間的協(xié)調(diào) ,在優(yōu)化時(shí)間指標(biāo)的條件下 ,將子調(diào)度方案的形成和盟員選擇集成在一起制定全局預(yù)測(cè)調(diào)度方案的過(guò)程 ,并給出了預(yù)測(cè)調(diào)度方案在盟員企業(yè)內(nèi)部具體執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的資源分配策略
[Abstract]:Virtual enterprise realizes the new organization mode of project task in a distributed and coordinated way, which brings new challenges to the research and application of project management.The uncertainty of the information needed for task scheduling and the potential inconsistency between the interests of individual allies and the interests of the whole project are the main reasons for the difficulty of project scheduling in virtual enterprises.On the basis of fuzzy description of enterprise state information, this paper presents a method of optimizing the time index through coordination between the leaders and potential allies.This paper integrates the formation of sub-scheduling scheme with the selection of allies to formulate the global predictive scheduling scheme, and gives the resource allocation strategy in the specific execution process of the predictive scheduling scheme within the federate enterprise.
