【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)和國(guó)家政策的不斷變化,國(guó)家對(duì)黨務(wù)建設(shè)的任務(wù)和要求也越來(lái)越高,在加上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、信息技術(shù)等先進(jìn)技術(shù)的不斷提高,大量先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)被應(yīng)用到黨建工作中,以便能夠提高黨建的信息化管理水平,加快黨務(wù)工作的速度,方便黨務(wù)管理人員進(jìn)行管理。稅務(wù)局黨務(wù)建設(shè)需要處理的內(nèi)容包括:基本的黨務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)、黨務(wù)工作、日常數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等。主要的特點(diǎn)是項(xiàng)口涵蓋的范圍廣泛、集中化的程度比較高、系統(tǒng)兼容性強(qiáng)、界面使用友好等。建設(shè)一套符合稅務(wù)局的黨務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),是為了加強(qiáng)該局黨務(wù)建設(shè)工作,是一種能加強(qiáng)新時(shí)期黨的執(zhí)政能力、建設(shè)先進(jìn)服務(wù)標(biāo)兵的高效手段。本課題主要是結(jié)合稅務(wù)局黨務(wù)建設(shè)的相關(guān)需求并實(shí)地進(jìn)行調(diào)研,根據(jù)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)理論和項(xiàng)目管理理論進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),本文基于.NET平臺(tái),結(jié)合了 SQLServer2008、ASP.NET等技術(shù)對(duì)黨務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中利用了 MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式。首先對(duì)相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的概述,進(jìn)而從可行性、非功能和功能等方面進(jìn)行了分析,在此之上,從概要、詳細(xì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,依次從系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和基于B/S的稅務(wù)局黨務(wù)建設(shè)黨務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)三方面進(jìn)行展開(kāi),其中基于B/S的稅務(wù)局黨務(wù)建設(shè)黨務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要分為黨員基礎(chǔ)信息、入黨申請(qǐng)人信息存檔、流動(dòng)黨員組織關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)移、黨費(fèi)繳納、新聞、日常其他的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)活動(dòng),為了提高程序維護(hù)的簡(jiǎn)便性,本文在對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)Data類(lèi),同時(shí)提高了重復(fù)利用的代碼數(shù)量,提高了工作效率。本課題所設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)的稅務(wù)局黨務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)稅務(wù)局對(duì)黨務(wù)相關(guān)工作的信息化與流程化管理,對(duì)于黨內(nèi)相關(guān)信息的宣傳、黨員的信息管理等業(yè)務(wù)提供了很大方便,同時(shí)梳理了稅務(wù)局黨務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)流程,很大程度上能夠提高黨務(wù)管理的工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous changes in information technology and national policies, the tasks and requirements of the state for party affairs construction are becoming increasingly high. In addition to the continuous improvement of advanced technologies such as the Internet and information technology,A large number of advanced computer application systems have been applied to the Party building in order to improve the information management level of the party building, accelerate the speed of the party affairs work, and facilitate the management of the party affairs managers.The contents to be dealt with in the Party affairs construction of tax bureau include: basic party affairs business, party affairs work, daily data management, data query and statistical analysis, etc.The main features are wide coverage, high centralization, strong system compatibility, friendly interface and so on.The purpose of building a party affairs information system platform in line with the tax bureau is to strengthen the party affairs construction of the bureau and is an efficient means to strengthen the ruling ability of the party in the new period and to build an advanced service model.This subject is mainly combined with the related demand of the Party affairs construction of the tax bureau and the field investigation, according to the software development theory and the project management theory, this paper is based on the .NET platform.Combining with SQL Server 2008 ASP. Net and other technologies to design and implement the party affairs management system, the MVC design pattern is used in the process of the design.Firstly, this paper gives a brief overview of the related technologies, and then analyzes the feasibility, non-function and function of the system, and designs the system from the aspects of summary, detail and database.In the realization part of the system, the implementation environment of the system, the realization of the database and the realization of the party affairs management system of the tax bureau based on B / S are carried out in turn.Among them, the realization of the party affairs management system of the tax bureau based on B / S is mainly divided into basic information of party members, archiving of information of applicants for admission to the party, transfer of relations between mobile party members and organizations, payment of party fees, news, and other daily special activities.In order to improve the simplicity of program maintenance, this paper designs a Data class when accessing the database, at the same time, it increases the number of reuse code and improves the working efficiency.The party affairs management system designed and developed by this subject can realize the information and flow management of the party affairs related work of the tax bureau, which provides great convenience for the propaganda of the relevant information within the party, the information management of the party members, and so on.At the same time combing the tax office party business process, to a large extent can improve the efficiency of party management.
