【摘要】：在裝配式建筑全壽命周期中,各個階段的參與方眾多,產(chǎn)生的信息種類繁多,數(shù)量龐大,使得在工程項目管理過程中信息共享困難,在一定程度上阻礙了裝配式建筑項目管理水平和管理效率的提高,嚴重抑制了裝配式建筑的發(fā)展。目前人們開始意識到要想提高整個建筑業(yè)的管理水平,就必須采取先進的信息管理技術(shù)和方法,推進建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,對于裝配式建筑信息的共享途徑和方法的研究,已經(jīng)成為了我國重要的研究方向和發(fā)展趨勢。本文以裝配式建筑信息為研究對象,以創(chuàng)建P-BIM數(shù)據(jù)庫為方法、信息交換矩陣為途徑,實現(xiàn)裝配式建筑全壽命周期中的信息共享。首先,通過對裝配式建筑信息的分析,歸納總結(jié)出目前裝配式建筑信息共享困難的原因。然后,根據(jù)BIM和P-BIM等相關(guān)理論的闡述,研究P-BIM數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立方法,分析P-BIM軟件之間的信息傳遞途徑即信息交換矩陣,并以數(shù)據(jù)庫、軟件及交換信息的代碼為基礎(chǔ)實現(xiàn)信息的共享。最后以濟南市港新園公租房建設(shè)項目為實際案例,將P-BIM數(shù)據(jù)庫應用到實際的裝配式建筑項目中,具體從構(gòu)件吊裝、設(shè)計變更和鋼筋灌漿套筒連接三個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點分析不同格式的信息通過P-BIM數(shù)據(jù)庫的傳遞過程和傳遞路徑,從而說明基于BIM的信息共享途徑和方法的可行性和可操作性。本論文的研究能夠有效地解決裝配式建筑信息共享困難的問題,為全壽命周期信息共享提供理論支撐和實踐證明,有利于實現(xiàn)信息管理共享的目標。
[Abstract]:In the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings, there are many participants in each stage, and the information produced is various and large, which makes it difficult to share information in the process of project management.To some extent, it hinders the improvement of management level and efficiency of prefabricated construction projects, and seriously inhibits the development of prefabricated buildings.At present, people begin to realize that if we want to improve the management level of the whole construction industry, we must adopt advanced information management technology and methods to promote the development of the construction industry.Therefore, the research on the sharing ways and methods of prefabricated building information has become an important research direction and development trend in China.In this paper, the prefabricated building information is taken as the research object, the method of creating P-BIM database and the information exchange matrix are used to realize the information sharing in the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings.Firstly, by analyzing the information of prefabricated architecture, the paper summarizes the reasons why it is difficult to share the information of prefabricated architecture.Then, according to the related theories such as BIM and P-BIM, the establishment method of P-BIM database is studied, and the information exchange matrix between P-BIM software is analyzed.Software and exchange of information based on the code to achieve information sharing.Finally, taking the construction project of Xinyuan public rental housing in Jinan city as a practical case, the P-BIM database is applied to the actual assembly construction project, and the concrete components are hoisted.Design change and reinforcement grouting sleeve connection three key nodes analyze the transmission process and transmission path of different formats of information through P-BIM database, thus explaining the feasibility and maneuverability of the way and method of information sharing based on BIM.The research in this paper can effectively solve the difficult problem of information sharing in prefabricated buildings, and provide theoretical support and practical proof for the information sharing in the whole life cycle, which is beneficial to the realization of the goal of information management and sharing.
