面向公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的LED照明產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)及效果分析

【摘要】:通常,公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入巨大,尤其是隨著道路交通的建設(shè)力度加強(qiáng),公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的照明需求旺盛。為實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排和綠色交通的發(fā)展目標(biāo),除了能源結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,此外節(jié)能燈具的推廣和應(yīng)用也是關(guān)鍵。目前,LED照明市場(chǎng)的興起,使全球傳統(tǒng)照明產(chǎn)生了極大的變化,各大跨國(guó)企業(yè)紛紛投入LED產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的開(kāi)發(fā)。但是,因?yàn)槲覈?guó)目前涉及LED照明產(chǎn)品、尤其是針對(duì)面向公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的LED燈具的法律規(guī)范缺乏,導(dǎo)致市場(chǎng)呈現(xiàn)混沌不明的狀態(tài)。LED照明產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)腳步隨著國(guó)家白熾燈淘汰政策而加速上市已是不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí),伴隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)的逐步成熟發(fā)展及先進(jìn)管理方式如項(xiàng)目管理方式的積極帶動(dòng)下,面向公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的LED照明的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)已慢慢形成一種新型的行業(yè)。在該類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,普遍存在著缺乏科學(xué)的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)流程與方法,導(dǎo)致了較多此類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的失敗,有的即使開(kāi)發(fā)成功,但因缺乏對(duì)之前相關(guān)技術(shù)的預(yù)先對(duì)比,造成缺乏創(chuàng)新等問(wèn)題,因此,在產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)及設(shè)計(jì)策略的形成過(guò)程中如何響應(yīng)公司整體戰(zhàn)略,以及公司在不同的營(yíng)運(yùn)模式環(huán)境下,負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理如何發(fā)揮作用,在不同環(huán)節(jié)的應(yīng)用都值得加以探討。本研究的重點(diǎn)在于,以交通等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的照明需求為目標(biāo),以整合系統(tǒng)性的設(shè)計(jì)方法,以項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中常用的QFD與TRIZ方法作為產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的基本工具,結(jié)合QDF、專(zhuān)利分析與TRIZ發(fā)明原理的系統(tǒng)性的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)管理方法,以LED燈泡替代傳統(tǒng)鎢絲燈的創(chuàng)新開(kāi)發(fā)為重點(diǎn),通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)管理流程,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析、質(zhì)量機(jī)能展開(kāi)(QFD)專(zhuān)利檢索、TRIZ創(chuàng)意激發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),最終產(chǎn)出實(shí)用的白光LED照明產(chǎn)品,以取代原先傳統(tǒng)耗能源的鎢絲燈產(chǎn)品,運(yùn)用于公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的LED照明,以開(kāi)創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)新契機(jī)。本文運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理和生產(chǎn)管理理論與方法,除了在產(chǎn)出方面能設(shè)計(jì)出實(shí)用產(chǎn)品外,并可產(chǎn)生了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,這一整套流程與方法可供相關(guān)行業(yè)及企業(yè)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Usually, the public infrastructure investment is huge, especially with the strengthening of road traffic, the lighting demand of public infrastructure is exuberant.In order to realize the development goal of energy saving and emission reduction and green transportation, besides the optimization of energy structure, the promotion and application of energy saving lamps is also the key.At present, with the rise of LED lighting market, the global traditional lighting has changed greatly, and many multinational enterprises have invested in the development of LED product application field.However, due to the lack of legal regulations concerning LED lighting products, especially for LED lamps and lanterns for public infrastructure in China,It is an indisputable fact that the development and design of LED lighting products have been accelerated with the national incandescent lamp elimination policy.With the development of industrial market and advanced management methods such as project management, the product development of LED lighting for public infrastructure has gradually formed a new type of industry.In the development process of this kind of products, there is a general lack of scientific development and design process and methods, which leads to the failure of more such projects, some even if the development is successful, but because of the lack of prior related technology in advance.Therefore, how to respond to the overall strategy of the company in the process of forming product development and design strategy, and how the project manager responsible for product development can play a role in different operating mode environment.The application in different links is worth discussing.Combined with QDF, patent analysis and systematic innovative design management method of TRIZ invention principle, the emphasis is on the innovative development of LED light bulb instead of traditional tungsten filament lamp, and the market analysis is carried out through the development and management process.The patent search of quality function development (QFDD) stimulates the creative design of Triz, and finally produces a practical white LED lighting product to replace the traditional tungsten filament lamp, which is used in public infrastructure LED lighting, in order to open up a new industrial opportunity.This paper applies the theory and method of project management and production management, besides designing practical products in the aspect of output, it can produce enormous economic effect. This whole set of processes and methods can be used for reference by related industries and enterprises.
