阿爾及利亞石油液化氣(LPG)項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,我國(guó)參與的大型國(guó)際化工類(lèi)項(xiàng)目越來(lái)越多,中國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)工人正在走出國(guó)門(mén)參與全世界各種舉世矚目的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。然而化工類(lèi)國(guó)際項(xiàng)目是國(guó)際項(xiàng)目管理的一個(gè)小的門(mén)類(lèi),很少有學(xué)者專(zhuān)門(mén)去研究該類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的細(xì)節(jié)管理,但是隨著日歐建筑行業(yè)的衰退,韓國(guó)和中國(guó)已經(jīng)成長(zhǎng)為化工類(lèi)建設(shè)行業(yè)的巨型支柱,中韓在此行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)逐漸開(kāi)始顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。中國(guó)企業(yè)想要在這個(gè)行業(yè)里獨(dú)占鰲頭,那么我們就必須研究相應(yīng)的適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的細(xì)節(jié)管理。本文以一個(gè)已經(jīng)成功實(shí)施完畢的國(guó)際項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,從項(xiàng)目的管理細(xì)節(jié)入手,以實(shí)際的案例為研究對(duì)象,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)意義。通過(guò)總結(jié)它的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與它的不足之處,可以為后續(xù)的國(guó)際項(xiàng)目提供寶貴的參考數(shù)據(jù)和參考資料。 本文通過(guò)從項(xiàng)目的管理規(guī)劃入手,延伸到項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)實(shí)施過(guò)程,主要研究項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程管理,在該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程中選取最為重要的四個(gè)管理環(huán)節(jié)作為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,揭示了項(xiàng)目的成功管理過(guò)程和管理細(xì)節(jié),再?gòu)墓芾淼倪^(guò)程中得出項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程的啟示,最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),以上是本文的主要研究思路。 本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃,以及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的安全管理、進(jìn)度控制管理、質(zhì)量管理及其費(fèi)用管理做了詳細(xì)的敘述,,由此得出關(guān)于項(xiàng)目管理的啟示,引證了項(xiàng)目管理理論,并在實(shí)踐運(yùn)用中驗(yàn)證理論。 本文為一篇關(guān)于國(guó)際石油化工類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的案例性論文,選用的案例為阿爾及利亞奧蘭液化氣項(xiàng)目。阿爾及利亞奧蘭液化氣項(xiàng)目是阿爾及利亞國(guó)家石油公司SONATRACH的液化氣石油氣第三期項(xiàng)目,建于原有的兩個(gè)液化氣生產(chǎn)裝置的西側(cè),是該國(guó)家以及非洲最大的液化石油氣處理基地?偼顿Y約為130億美元,JCC公司承建了該項(xiàng)目的設(shè)備安裝,鋼結(jié)構(gòu),工藝管線(xiàn)安裝,以及電氣儀表專(zhuān)業(yè)的安裝工作,總造價(jià)接近6億元人民幣。他包括三套主裝置、一套公用工程,及其罐區(qū)。整體工作量較大,結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,項(xiàng)目機(jī)構(gòu)健全,符合研究要求。 該文章主要對(duì)相關(guān)的國(guó)際項(xiàng)目管理的理論進(jìn)行了探討和研究,從理論的角度對(duì)該文的主要部分作了鋪墊和講解,歸類(lèi)研究了該項(xiàng)目中JCC所負(fù)責(zé)的工作,并對(duì)國(guó)際化工類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的基本特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹。 首先,對(duì)于該項(xiàng)目的背景以及概況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹,展示了該項(xiàng)目的重要意義和特殊的價(jià)值體現(xiàn),以及JCC在該環(huán)境下所做出的一系列對(duì)策。 本文的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容之一是展示了JCC公司在該項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行的前期所做的相關(guān)的準(zhǔn)備工作,以及對(duì)項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃,計(jì)劃管理,和相關(guān)的技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備工作。 本文的核心部分,共分為五部分,是施工類(lèi)項(xiàng)目管理的最為重要的五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),即安全,進(jìn)度,質(zhì)量,費(fèi)用和情感溝通。通過(guò)從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際管理效果來(lái)敘述關(guān)于項(xiàng)目管理理論的實(shí)際運(yùn)用,具有重要的參考價(jià)值。 阿爾及利亞奧蘭液化氣項(xiàng)目是典型的國(guó)際化工施工類(lèi)項(xiàng)目,本文從理論研究深入到案例,通過(guò)理論指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)實(shí)工作,對(duì)于該類(lèi)項(xiàng)目有著很好的歸納總結(jié)和研究意義,同時(shí)對(duì)于該類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理的研究有著較為重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic integration, international large-scale chemical projects in China more and more, China industrial workers are to go abroad to participate in the world various high-profile projects. However, the chemical international project is a small category of international project management, there are few scholars dedicated to the study of the details of the management of such projects however, with the decline of European construction industry, South Korea and Chinese has grown into a giant pillar of chemical engineering in the construction industry, and the competition in this industry has gradually begun to emerge. China enterprises want to come out on top in this industry, so we must study the corresponding conditions for Chinese detail management. In this paper a successful the completion of the implementation of the international project as the research object, starting from the management of the project details, based on the actual case as the object of study, has a strong practical By summarizing its successful experience and its shortcomings, we can provide valuable reference data and reference for subsequent international projects.
This paper starts from the project management plan, extends to the entire project implementation process, implementation process management research project, in the implementation process of the project selection in the four most important link of management as the research object, reveals the success of the project management process and management details, then we can get from the project management process the management of the process of enlightenment, and finally to the full text analysis and summary, the above is the main idea of this paper.

This is an article on the international petrochemical project case papers, the case selection for Algeria LNG project. Algeria, Oran liquefied gas project is Algeria's state oil company SONATRACH liquefied petroleum gas phase third project, built in the former two liquefied gas production plant on the west side, is the largest country in Africa and liquefied petroleum gas processing base. The total investment of about $13 billion, JCC company has undertaken the project equipment installation, steel structure, pipeline installation, electrical and instrument professional installation work, the total cost of nearly 600 million yuan. It includes three sets of the main unit, a set of utilities, and the whole area. A large amount of work, the structure is complex, the project institutions and meet the requirements.
The main theories of international project management related to the study of the main part of this paper from the perspective of the theory foreshadowing and explanation, the classified research project JCC is responsible for the work, and the basic characteristics of international chemical projects were introduced.
First of all, the background and general situation of the project are introduced in detail, showing the importance and special value of the project, as well as a series of countermeasures made by JCC in this environment.
One of the key contents of this paper is to show the preparatory work done by JCC in the early stage of the project, as well as the planning, planning and management, and related technical preparations for the project.
The core part of this paper is divided into five parts, construction project management is the most important of the five links, namely safety, schedule, quality, cost and emotional communication. Through the practical application of narrative about project management theory from the actual effect of management, which has important reference value.
Algeria Oran liquefied gas project is an international chemical construction projects typical, this paper from the theory research to the case, through the theoretical guidance for practical work, has a very good summary and research significance for the project at the same time, the study on the project management of this kind of project has more important realistic meaning.
