【摘要】：研究目的:工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中的有效實(shí)施,能有效地控制和規(guī)避項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險,提高項(xiàng)目投資效益已成為一種共識。但是,由于目前國內(nèi)普遍采用的工程項(xiàng)目管理模式存在某些不足,影響了工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理作用的有效發(fā)揮,導(dǎo)致風(fēng)險損失時有發(fā)生。因此,探尋項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理效能得以有效發(fā)揮的途徑,就成為增強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目抗風(fēng)險能力所面臨的一個問題。努力嘗試解決這一問題的方法已成大勢所趨。研究結(jié)論:在現(xiàn)行的工程項(xiàng)目管理模式中嘗試引入工程項(xiàng)目總控,并在項(xiàng)目總控模式下開展工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理,以克服管理和控制能力不足對有效發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理作用產(chǎn)生的不利影響。本文對在項(xiàng)目總控模式下開展項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理的工作適應(yīng)性和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理效能體現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了針對性的分析和闡述。
[Abstract]:Research objective: it has become a consensus that the effective implementation of project risk management in the process of project construction can effectively control and avoid project risk and improve project investment efficiency.However, because there are some deficiencies in the project management mode which is widely used in China, it affects the effective exertion of the risk management function of the engineering project, resulting in the risk loss occurring from time to time.Therefore, to explore the effective ways of project risk management efficiency has become a problem to enhance the ability of engineering projects to resist risks.It has become a general trend to try to solve the problem.Research conclusion: in the current project management mode, we try to introduce the engineering project control, and carry out the project risk management under the project control mode.To overcome the lack of management and control capacity to effectively play the role of project risk management.In this paper, the adaptability of project risk management and the effectiveness of project risk management are analyzed and expounded.
