【摘要】：在國家、自治區(qū)墻材革新政策鼓勵及規(guī)劃指引下,在西部大開發(fā)及構(gòu)建北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的有力推動下,南寧市新型墻體材料產(chǎn)業(yè)及其裝備制造特別是具有自保溫隔熱性能的墻體材料面臨著大好發(fā)展機(jī)遇。南寧市新型墻體材料生產(chǎn)還處于粗放式經(jīng)營階段,針對新型墻體材料生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理的研究還有待深入。為此,圍繞南寧市新型墻體材料生產(chǎn)和裝備制造項(xiàng)目展開全面系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研,在充分考慮廣西、南寧市的地域特點(diǎn)、政策背景、房屋項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模和實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上,以廣西宏發(fā)公司墻材生產(chǎn)及裝備制造項(xiàng)目為例開展新型墻體材料生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險管理研究,引導(dǎo)新型墻體材料裝備及生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)對風(fēng)險、促進(jìn)南寧市新型墻體材料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。本文基于項(xiàng)目管理的基礎(chǔ)、理論和方法,綜合運(yùn)用了風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評估和風(fēng)險管理策略,對廣西宏發(fā)公司墻體材料的生產(chǎn)及裝備制造項(xiàng)目從項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、編制、執(zhí)行和操作的整個過程可能面臨的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了深入、系統(tǒng)的研究。本文介紹了該項(xiàng)目的背景和建設(shè)項(xiàng)目情況。然后用頭腦風(fēng)暴法和SWOT分析法、魚刺圖分析法等項(xiàng)目管理的有關(guān)理論,對廣西宏發(fā)公司墻材生產(chǎn)及裝備制造項(xiàng)目可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行了識別和分析,整理出項(xiàng)目全過程4個階段共21個風(fēng)險因素,逐一進(jìn)行分析,然后運(yùn)用專家評估法對風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行評估,得出影響項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險的4個較嚴(yán)重的風(fēng)險因素,并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險應(yīng)對方法和具體措施。我本人的這一研究,目的是對廣西宏發(fā)公司墻材生產(chǎn)及裝備制造項(xiàng)目提出一個切實(shí)可行的進(jìn)行風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評估、風(fēng)險應(yīng)對及風(fēng)險控制管理方法,為南寧新型墻體材料生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險管理研究工作提供一定的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the national and autonomous regions' policy of wall material innovation and under the guidance of the large-scale development of the western region and the construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,Nanning's new wall material industry and its equipment manufacture, especially the wall material with self insulation and heat insulation, are faced with excellent development opportunities.The production of new wall materials in Nanning is still in the stage of extensive management.Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic investigation has been carried out around the new wall material production and equipment manufacturing project in Nanning. On the basis of taking full account of the regional characteristics, policy background, housing construction scale and actual situation of Guangxi and Nanning,Taking the wall material production and equipment manufacturing project of Guangxi Hongfa Company as an example, the risk management research of the new wall material production project is carried out to guide the new wall material equipment and production project to deal with the risk, and to promote the development of the new wall material industry in Nanning.Based on the foundation, theory and method of project management, this paper synthetically applies risk identification, risk assessment and risk management strategy to establish and compile the project of wall material production and equipment manufacture of Guangxi Hongfa Company.Implementation and operation of the entire process may be faced with in-depth, systematic research.This paper introduces the background of the project and the situation of the construction project.Then, by using the theories of brainstorming and SWOT analysis, fish-prickling analysis and other project management theories, the paper identifies and analyzes the risk factors that may arise in the wall material production and equipment manufacturing project of Guangxi Hongfa Company.A total of 21 risk factors were sorted out in the four stages of the whole process of the project and analyzed one by one. Then the expert evaluation method was used to evaluate the risk factors, and four more serious risk factors affecting the project risk were obtained.And put forward the corresponding risk response methods and specific measures.The purpose of my own research is to put forward a feasible method of risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk control management for the wall material production and equipment manufacturing project of Guangxi Hongfa Company.It provides some theoretical basis and practical guidance for the risk management research of Nanning new wall material production project.
