【摘要】：隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來,基于項(xiàng)目管理模式的人力資源管理的變革研究逐漸成了人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。人力資源管理決定著企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展方向,因此企業(yè)為了穩(wěn)固在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的地位,必須對(duì)人力資源管理方式進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的變革,從而使其能更符合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展給企業(yè)帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。本文從人力資源管理變革的必要性和要求入手,進(jìn)而詳細(xì)的闡述了基于項(xiàng)目管理模式的人力資源管理變革的內(nèi)容,從而為人力資源管理方式的創(chuàng)新提供有利的參考文獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the research on the reform of human resource management based on the project management model has gradually become the focus of attention.Human resource management determines the future development direction of the enterprise. Therefore, in order to stabilize the position of the enterprise in the market competition, it is necessary to reform the human resource management mode accordingly.In order to make it more in line with the development of modern society to bring challenges to enterprises.This paper starts with the necessity and requirement of human resource management reform, and then expounds the content of human resource management reform based on project management mode in detail, thus providing beneficial references for the innovation of human resource management mode.
