【摘要】：平板顯示產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個(gè)典型的資本密集型的特殊新興行業(yè),自1990年美國原創(chuàng)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移到亞洲形成產(chǎn)業(yè)到現(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了四次轉(zhuǎn)移浪潮,繼日本、韓國、臺(tái)灣之后,中國大陸正成為第四次產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移新的熱點(diǎn)地區(qū)。另一方面,項(xiàng)目管理正在全方位地應(yīng)用在工程物流企業(yè)的日�；顒�(dòng)中,圍繞平板顯示生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)的工程物流項(xiàng)目管理問題也正成為越來越多物流企業(yè)關(guān)注的問題,但在國內(nèi)近些年的實(shí)踐過程中,絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目管理的企業(yè)執(zhí)行層面,并沒能充分地抓住平板顯示生產(chǎn)線工程物流的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)；在具體的項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作方面,也沒能充分地運(yùn)用好項(xiàng)目管理的理念、方法和工具,其關(guān)鍵問題在于沒能很好地進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目集成管理。本文以工程物流企業(yè)的視角,基于對(duì)平板顯示行業(yè)的分析,在查閱了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于工程物流集成管理研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合平板顯示生產(chǎn)線業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域下的工程物流項(xiàng)目集成管理現(xiàn)狀,采用運(yùn)作管理的理論、系統(tǒng)工程的思想、PEST分析方法和PMBOK等相關(guān)知識(shí)體系,進(jìn)行邏輯推理和歸納總結(jié),給出了優(yōu)化的項(xiàng)目集成理論框架模型,并通過中遠(yuǎn)物流平板顯示生產(chǎn)線工程物流的成功實(shí)踐,證明了該理論框架的可行性。研究成果對(duì)從事平板顯示工程物流項(xiàng)目的企業(yè)有指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The flat panel display industry is a typical capital-intensive and special emerging industry. Since 1990, when the United States transferred original technology to Asia to form an industry, it has experienced four waves of transfer, after Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.China mainland is becoming the fourth industry transfer new hot spot area.On the other hand, project management is being applied in the daily activities of engineering logistics enterprises in all directions, and the project management problem of engineering logistics project, which is built around flat panel display production line, is becoming more and more concerned by logistics enterprises.However, in the process of domestic practice in recent years, the vast majority of enterprises have not fully grasped the development opportunities of flat panel display production line engineering logistics in the enterprise execution level of project management, and in the specific project operation,The key problem lies in the failure of project integration management.In this paper, based on the analysis of flat panel display industry from the perspective of engineering logistics enterprises, we have consulted the literature of integrated management of engineering logistics at home and abroad.Combined with the present situation of integrated management of engineering logistics project in the business field of flat panel display production line, this paper adopts the theory of operation management, the thought of system engineering, pest analysis method and PMBOK and other related knowledge system, carries on logical reasoning and induces and summarizes,The optimized model of project integration theory framework is given, and the feasibility of the theoretical framework is proved by the successful practice of COSCO logistics flat panel display production line engineering logistics.The research results have guidance and reference significance for enterprises engaged in flat panel display engineering logistics project.
