【摘要】：當今社會是信息發(fā)展的社會,各行各業(yè)都希望能借助于先進的技術和方法,吸收來自于各方面的信息資源。依據(jù)自身發(fā)展的需求,將這些分散的“信息孤島”加以整合和分析,使之成為一個完整、有效、可用的整體加以利用。信息共享不再是當今信息系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的唯一目標,通過運用現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡技術,將人、機、料、法、環(huán)有效地結合起來,組合成系統(tǒng)的信息資源,幫助客戶以最少的成本代價,獲取最大的利潤。按照這一需求,對信息系統(tǒng)項目進行科學化的管理就愈加顯得重要。論文開始,對項目管理及信息系統(tǒng)的基本概念進行了闡述,通過分析國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代項目管理理論的發(fā)展趨勢以及信息系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,反映出項目管理在信息系統(tǒng)項目建設中應用的重要性。接著論文對上海市L公司綜合業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)的建設項目做了介紹。該項目建設的目的是為了構建集成的、一體化的信息應用環(huán)境。結束了該公司原先倉儲、物流配送、銷售管理及財務結算各自為政,分散管理的舊格局。實現(xiàn)了人、財、物、信息等各種資源的共享和充分合理應用,從而達到提高工作效率、加速資金周轉(zhuǎn)、降低成本、滿足客戶需求、增強企業(yè)競爭力的目的。隨后,論文用了大量的篇幅介紹了信息系統(tǒng)項目管理的理論在上海市L公司綜合業(yè)務管理系統(tǒng)建設中的實際運用,其中特別針對范圍管理、質(zhì)量管理、人力資源管理工作中運用到的管理技術和方法做了詳細的闡述。同時,文中還通過列舉具體的案例,包括在項目項目管理實踐中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)的錯誤案例,更進一步體現(xiàn)對項目管理運用的理解。最后,對整篇論文作了總結,再一次闡述本課題研究目的是為了體現(xiàn)項目管理是項目實施不可或缺的保障。
[Abstract]:Today's society is a society of information development. All kinds of industries hope to integrate and analyze these scattered "information isolated islands" according to their own development needs, by means of advanced technologies and methods, and absorbing information resources from various aspects. Information sharing is no longer the only goal of today's information systems. By using modern network technology, people, machines, materials, methods, and rings can be effectively combined. Combining the information resources of the system to help customers obtain the maximum profit at the least cost. According to this demand, scientific management of the information system project becomes more and more important. This paper expounds the basic concepts of project management and information system, analyzes the development trend of modern project management theory at home and abroad and the present situation of information system development. It reflects the importance of the application of project management in the construction of information system project. Then, the paper introduces the construction project of integrated business management system of Shanghai L Company. The purpose of the project is to build integration. An integrated information application environment. The company ended the original warehousing, logistics, distribution, sales management and financial settlement of the old pattern, decentralized management, to achieve the sharing of people, wealth, material, information and other resources and the full and reasonable use, In order to improve work efficiency, accelerate capital flow, reduce costs, meet customer needs, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces the practical application of the theory of information system project management in the construction of comprehensive business management system of Shanghai L Company, especially for scope management and quality management. The management techniques and methods used in the human resources management work are described in detail. At the same time, the paper also enumerates specific cases, including the mistakes that often occur in the practice of project management. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper, and expounds once again that the purpose of this research is to reflect that project management is an indispensable guarantee for the implementation of the project.
