【摘要】：中國(guó)科學(xué)院科研管理平臺(tái)經(jīng)過(guò)十年的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,越來(lái)越受到體制機(jī)制、技術(shù)瓶頸、需求匹配和團(tuán)隊(duì)能力等多方面困擾。而隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)等新一代信息技術(shù)的融合應(yīng)用,開(kāi)發(fā)新一代中科院科研管理平臺(tái)迫在眉睫。ARP3.0試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目作為一個(gè)軟件平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目,改進(jìn)和控制等質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題在實(shí)施過(guò)程中逐漸暴露出來(lái),繼續(xù)改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,以便更好的完成項(xiàng)目。本論文以ARP3.0系統(tǒng)試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目為案例,通過(guò)全面介紹PDCA循環(huán),軟件質(zhì)量管理和全面質(zhì)量管理的理論,得出PDCA循環(huán)在ARP3.0系統(tǒng)試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的效果,并且以PDCA循環(huán)為基礎(chǔ),與其充分結(jié)合后,在質(zhì)量過(guò)程管理及質(zhì)量管理中予以改進(jìn)及運(yùn)作。其具體改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目包括質(zhì)量改進(jìn)、質(zhì)量控制及質(zhì)量計(jì)劃等。在整個(gè)改進(jìn)及運(yùn)作中,本人通過(guò)實(shí)際參與,對(duì)ARP3.0系統(tǒng)試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)、運(yùn)作及管理情況有了很深了解。對(duì)于關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的判斷,采用了帕累托圖予以識(shí)別,在對(duì)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的剖析上,魚(yú)刺圖得到了切實(shí)應(yīng)用,對(duì)其深層次原因進(jìn)行了挖掘,并通過(guò)PDCA循環(huán)與質(zhì)量改進(jìn)結(jié)合,最終找到解決問(wèn)題的思路。對(duì)于研究方法的使用,選擇了理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法。并結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目建設(shè)特點(diǎn)及質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度,運(yùn)用了質(zhì)量改進(jìn)法,所得結(jié)果及研究效果對(duì)以后開(kāi)展IT項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量研究極具現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:After ten years' construction and development, the scientific research management platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is increasingly plagued by institutional mechanisms, technical bottlenecks, needs matching and team capabilities.With the convergence and application of the Internet, cloud computing, big data, mobile interconnection and other new generation information technology, it is urgent to develop a new generation of scientific research management platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a software platform development project.Quality management problems, such as improvement and control, are gradually exposed in the implementation process, continue to improve and optimize, in order to better complete the project.This paper takes the ARP3.0 system pilot project as a case, through introducing the theory of PDCA cycle, software quality management and total quality management, obtains the effect of PDCA cycle in the ARP3.0 system pilot project, and based on PDCA cycle.With its full integration, quality process management and quality management to be improved and operated.Its specific improvement projects include quality improvement, quality control and quality planning.In the whole improvement and operation, through the actual participation, I have a deep understanding of the development, operation and management of the ARP3.0 system pilot project.The Pareto diagram is used to identify the key problems. In the analysis of the existing problems, the fish-burr map is applied to excavate the deep-seated causes, and the PDCA cycle is combined with the quality improvement.Finally find a solution to the problem.For the use of research methods, the combination of theory and practice is chosen.Combined with the characteristics and quality and progress of the project, the quality improvement method is used. The results and the research results are of great practical significance to the future development of IT project quality research.
