【摘要】：工程管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用與實(shí)施是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,它不僅是一套管理軟件或者業(yè)務(wù)流程的簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)現(xiàn),還是基建項(xiàng)目管理方式的深層探索及實(shí)踐。吉林臺(tái)工程管理系統(tǒng)提出了管理者在工程全過程管理中面臨的問題和解決方法,建立起了一個(gè)具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)來源,涵蓋工程計(jì)劃、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、支付控制與核算、質(zhì)量管理、安全管理等的管理體系,從而最終實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范和協(xié)調(diào)的管理和控制目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The application and implementation of project management system is a system engineering. It is not only a simple realization of a set of management software or business process. It is also the deep exploration and practice of the management mode of the capital construction project. The Jilin Station Project Management system has put forward the problems and solutions faced by the managers in the whole process of the project management, and has established a standard data source covering the project plan. Schedule management, cost management, payment control and accounting, quality management, safety management and other management systems, so as to achieve efficient, unified, standardized and coordinated management and control objectives.
