【摘要】：工程管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用與實施是一項系統(tǒng)工程,它不僅是一套管理軟件或者業(yè)務(wù)流程的簡單實現(xiàn),還是基建項目管理方式的深層探索及實踐。吉林臺工程管理系統(tǒng)提出了管理者在工程全過程管理中面臨的問題和解決方法,建立起了一個具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)來源,涵蓋工程計劃、進度管理、成本管理、支付控制與核算、質(zhì)量管理、安全管理等的管理體系,從而最終實現(xiàn)高效、統(tǒng)一、規(guī)范和協(xié)調(diào)的管理和控制目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The application and implementation of project management system is a system engineering. It is not only a simple realization of a set of management software or business process. It is also the deep exploration and practice of the management mode of the capital construction project. The Jilin Station Project Management system has put forward the problems and solutions faced by the managers in the whole process of the project management, and has established a standard data source covering the project plan. Schedule management, cost management, payment control and accounting, quality management, safety management and other management systems, so as to achieve efficient, unified, standardized and coordinated management and control objectives.
