【摘要】：科技評(píng)價(jià)用于認(rèn)識(shí)科技活動(dòng)所產(chǎn)生的效果和影響,對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新有激勵(lì)作用,而加快知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)建設(shè)是推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要措施。本研究采用理論研究與實(shí)例分析相結(jié)合,通過分析全國(guó)最佳醫(yī)院中排名前十醫(yī)院近五年的國(guó)內(nèi)專利申請(qǐng)情況,對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度與科技評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)分析,并以某高校附屬醫(yī)院專利的管理現(xiàn)狀,討論專利指標(biāo)在醫(yī)學(xué)類的職稱晉升、項(xiàng)目管理、科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)申報(bào)等科技評(píng)價(jià)中的影響,探索科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境下適合醫(yī)學(xué)類的評(píng)價(jià)方式,助推國(guó)家的科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of science and technology is used to understand the effect and influence of scientific and technological activities, which can stimulate scientific and technological innovation, and accelerating the construction of intellectual property rights is an important measure to promote innovation-driven development strategy. By analyzing the domestic patent applications of the top 10 hospitals in the country in the past five years, this paper analyzes the relationship between the intellectual property system and the evaluation of science and technology, and takes the current situation of patent management in the affiliated hospitals of a university as an example. This paper discusses the influence of patent index on the evaluation of science and technology, such as the promotion of professional title, project management, and application of scientific and technological awards, and explores the evaluation methods suitable for medical science under the environment of scientific and technological innovation, and promotes the development of science and technology innovation in the country.
