【摘要】：從傳統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理模式出發(fā),簡(jiǎn)單分析了由于人為劃分導(dǎo)致的各種弊端。借鑒集成管理的基本思想,提出建設(shè)項(xiàng)目集成的SIPOC(供應(yīng)商-輸入-處理-輸出-客戶)模式,并就如何在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)部進(jìn)行SI-POC集成進(jìn)行了深入探討。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段的不同,構(gòu)建由不同參與方組成并承擔(dān)相應(yīng)責(zé)任的動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)合組織。由聯(lián)合組織對(duì)參與方活動(dòng)和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)工作進(jìn)行整合和優(yōu)化,并通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整的方式支持建設(shè)項(xiàng)目不同流程之間的無(wú)縫連接。根據(jù)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)合組織的核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組進(jìn)行了分析。最后,結(jié)合深圳某大廈的開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)際,對(duì)該模式的應(yīng)用及其效益進(jìn)行了初步展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the traditional management mode of construction project, this paper simply analyzes the malpractices caused by artificial division. Referring to the basic idea of integrated management, this paper puts forward the SIPOC-based mode of construction project integration, which is based on the theory of supplier, input, process, output and customer. How to integrate SI-POC inside the construction project is discussed. To construct a dynamic joint organization composed of different participants with corresponding responsibilities. The joint organization integrates and optimizes the activities of the participants and the work of the project team. According to the actual situation of the construction project, the core leading group of the dynamic joint organization is analyzed. Finally, combined with the actual development of a building in Shenzhen, it supports the seamless connection between the different processes of the construction project. The application and benefit of this model are preliminarily forecasted.
