【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)階段建設(shè)行業(yè)中建設(shè)監(jiān)理與項(xiàng)目管理并行的現(xiàn)狀,采用層次分析法,建立了工程實(shí)施階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型,并通過(guò)模糊評(píng)判獲得了建設(shè)監(jiān)理和項(xiàng)目管理二者單獨(dú)使用以及組合應(yīng)用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)綜合分?jǐn)?shù).結(jié)果表明,在現(xiàn)階段,采用建設(shè)監(jiān)理與項(xiàng)目管理相結(jié)合的方式是最優(yōu)選擇.
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation of concurrent construction supervision and project management in the construction industry, the risk analysis model of the project implementation stage is established by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The comprehensive risk scores of construction supervision and project management are obtained by fuzzy evaluation. The results show that the combination of construction supervision and project management is the best choice at the present stage.
