【摘要】：高校實驗是高等學(xué)校教學(xué)、科研的主要地方,是培養(yǎng)高等綜合型人才的主要途徑。隨著高校實驗教學(xué)深化改革。如何使高校實驗更好地為高校教學(xué)和科研服務(wù),是高校實驗室面臨的一個關(guān)鍵問題。隨著IT的不斷發(fā)展,信息化管理在高校管理上得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。國外的高校信息化管理起步得比較早,相比之下,我國傳統(tǒng)的高校管理方式存在著不少問題,例如,方式傳統(tǒng)落后,效率低,容易造成成資源浪費等等。為了提高我校的實驗教學(xué)水平,深化教育改革,我們對我校實驗教學(xué)相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)進行了充分的調(diào)研和分析,明確了管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括實驗項目管理、實驗安排管理、實驗器材管理、實驗數(shù)據(jù)管理、考勤管理、系統(tǒng)管理及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理等,令本文完成了對高校實驗教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,符合高等教育信息化管理的新要求。本系統(tǒng)的研究與分析的目的就是希望可以解決傳統(tǒng)管理模式存在的問題,通過信息化管理可以有效提高實驗儀器設(shè)備的利用率；可以降低實驗員的工作強度和提高管理效率等。通過研究和分析,確定系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)包括的業(yè)務(wù)分析、功能分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析等。在進行業(yè)務(wù)分析過程中采取原業(yè)務(wù)流程分析和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化分析,分析詳細(xì)具體。本論文是根據(jù)東莞理工學(xué)院大學(xué)物理教研室的日常管理和教學(xué)要求,研究分析一個基于校園網(wǎng)的實驗教學(xué)管理信息系統(tǒng)。以實現(xiàn)教學(xué)信息資源共享,實驗設(shè)備日常管理維護管理等工作,以提高實驗教學(xué)的工作效率,并能夠更好的服務(wù)師生。本系統(tǒng)的研究與分析對于類似系統(tǒng)的研究有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The experiment in colleges and universities is the main place of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, and the main way to train high and comprehensive talents. With the deepening reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities, how to make the experiments in colleges and universities better serve the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, With the continuous development of IT, information management has been widely used in the management of colleges and universities. There are many problems in the traditional management of colleges and universities in our country, for example, the traditional way is backward, the efficiency is low, and it is easy to cause waste of resources, etc. In order to improve the experiment teaching level of our school, deepen the educational reform, etc. We have carried on the thorough investigation and the analysis to our school experiment teaching related business, has defined the main function of the management system including the experiment project management, the experiment arrangement management, the experiment equipment management, the experiment data management, the attendance management, System management and basic data management make this paper complete the research and analysis of experimental teaching management system in colleges and universities. The purpose of the research and analysis of this system is to solve the problems existing in the traditional management mode and to effectively improve the utilization ratio of experimental instruments and equipment through information management. It can reduce the work intensity of the experimenter and improve the management efficiency, etc. Through research and analysis, we can determine the business analysis that the system structure includes, Function analysis and data analysis, etc. In the process of business analysis, the original business process analysis and business process optimization analysis are adopted, and the analysis is detailed and specific. This paper is based on the daily management and teaching requirements of the physics teaching and research office of Dongguan University of Technology. This paper studies and analyzes an experimental teaching management information system based on campus network to realize the sharing of teaching information resources and the daily management and maintenance of experimental equipment, so as to improve the working efficiency of experimental teaching. And can better serve teachers and students. The research and analysis of this system has some reference value for the research of similar systems.
