【摘要】：高校實(shí)驗(yàn)是高等學(xué)校教學(xué)、科研的主要地方,是培養(yǎng)高等綜合型人才的主要途徑。隨著高校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)深化改革。如何使高校實(shí)驗(yàn)更好地為高校教學(xué)和科研服務(wù),是高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室面臨的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。隨著IT的不斷發(fā)展,信息化管理在高校管理上得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。國(guó)外的高校信息化管理起步得比較早,相比之下,我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的高校管理方式存在著不少問(wèn)題,例如,方式傳統(tǒng)落后,效率低,容易造成成資源浪費(fèi)等等。為了提高我校的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)水平,深化教育改革,我們對(duì)我校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了充分的調(diào)研和分析,明確了管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目管理、實(shí)驗(yàn)安排管理、實(shí)驗(yàn)器材管理、實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)管理、考勤管理、系統(tǒng)管理及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理等,令本文完成了對(duì)高校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,符合高等教育信息化管理的新要求。本系統(tǒng)的研究與分析的目的就是希望可以解決傳統(tǒng)管理模式存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)信息化管理可以有效提高實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備的利用率；可以降低實(shí)驗(yàn)員的工作強(qiáng)度和提高管理效率等。通過(guò)研究和分析,確定系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)包括的業(yè)務(wù)分析、功能分析和數(shù)據(jù)分析等。在進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)分析過(guò)程中采取原業(yè)務(wù)流程分析和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化分析,分析詳細(xì)具體。本論文是根據(jù)東莞理工學(xué)院大學(xué)物理教研室的日常管理和教學(xué)要求,研究分析一個(gè)基于校園網(wǎng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)管理信息系統(tǒng)。以實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)信息資源共享,實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備日常管理維護(hù)管理等工作,以提高實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的工作效率,并能夠更好的服務(wù)師生。本系統(tǒng)的研究與分析對(duì)于類似系統(tǒng)的研究有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The experiment in colleges and universities is the main place of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, and the main way to train high and comprehensive talents. With the deepening reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities, how to make the experiments in colleges and universities better serve the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, With the continuous development of IT, information management has been widely used in the management of colleges and universities. There are many problems in the traditional management of colleges and universities in our country, for example, the traditional way is backward, the efficiency is low, and it is easy to cause waste of resources, etc. In order to improve the experiment teaching level of our school, deepen the educational reform, etc. We have carried on the thorough investigation and the analysis to our school experiment teaching related business, has defined the main function of the management system including the experiment project management, the experiment arrangement management, the experiment equipment management, the experiment data management, the attendance management, System management and basic data management make this paper complete the research and analysis of experimental teaching management system in colleges and universities. The purpose of the research and analysis of this system is to solve the problems existing in the traditional management mode and to effectively improve the utilization ratio of experimental instruments and equipment through information management. It can reduce the work intensity of the experimenter and improve the management efficiency, etc. Through research and analysis, we can determine the business analysis that the system structure includes, Function analysis and data analysis, etc. In the process of business analysis, the original business process analysis and business process optimization analysis are adopted, and the analysis is detailed and specific. This paper is based on the daily management and teaching requirements of the physics teaching and research office of Dongguan University of Technology. This paper studies and analyzes an experimental teaching management information system based on campus network to realize the sharing of teaching information resources and the daily management and maintenance of experimental equipment, so as to improve the working efficiency of experimental teaching. And can better serve teachers and students. The research and analysis of this system has some reference value for the research of similar systems.
