【摘要】：社會(huì)的進(jìn)步離不開科技和管理,把科技和管理相結(jié)合就產(chǎn)生了質(zhì)量。建設(shè)行業(yè)的產(chǎn)品就是各類建筑物,其質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵更是如此。建筑工程與人們的生活和生產(chǎn)緊密相關(guān),建筑產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量不僅直接決定了建筑企業(yè)自身的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,更與人民的生命安全和國(guó)家的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全密不可分。正所謂:“百年大計(jì),質(zhì)量第一!”,令人感到遺憾是,施工過程中的事故問題卻不時(shí)發(fā)生,這給社會(huì)造成了很大的不良影響,因此進(jìn)行此文的研究,具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以吉林神農(nóng)溫泉小鎮(zhèn)二期項(xiàng)目為例,對(duì)該工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究。本文首先介紹了工程項(xiàng)目管理的研究背景和意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究狀況進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的描述。本文第二章是關(guān)于工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的理論介紹,闡述了工程項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)概念和理論,涉及質(zhì)量、工程質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量管理等概念;此外,還闡釋了全面質(zhì)量管理實(shí)施的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第三章是吉林神農(nóng)溫泉小鎮(zhèn)二期項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理概括,主要介紹了項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過程中項(xiàng)目所采用的關(guān)于質(zhì)量管理的方案,以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理監(jiān)控部門及工作步驟等。第四章是吉林神農(nóng)溫泉小鎮(zhèn)二期項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量問題及措施,是全文的重點(diǎn)章。提出項(xiàng)目在決策階段、實(shí)施階段及其他方面存在的問題,以及提出的質(zhì)量保障體系、施工準(zhǔn)備階段和施工過程中的具體措施,同時(shí)給出了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施。最后一章是結(jié)論與未來展望,對(duì)全文研究的內(nèi)容做以全面總結(jié)并提出對(duì)未來的展望與設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Social progress can not be separated from science and technology and management, the combination of science and technology and management produces quality. The products of construction industry are all kinds of buildings, and the connotation of quality is even more so. Building engineering is closely related to people's life and production. The quality of construction products not only directly determines the long-term development of construction enterprises themselves, but also closely related to the safety of people's lives and national property safety. "it is regrettable that accidents occur from time to time in the course of construction, which has had a great negative impact on society. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out the study of this paper. This paper takes the second phase project of Shennong Hot Spring Town in Jilin as an example. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the project management. The second chapter is about the theoretical introduction of project quality management, and expounds the related concepts and theories of engineering project management, including quality, engineering quality, quality management and so on. In addition, it also explains the practical significance of the implementation of total quality management. Chapter three is a summary of the quality management of the second phase of the Shennong Hot Spring Town Project in Jilin Province, which mainly introduces the quality management scheme adopted by the project in the process of implementation. The fourth chapter is the quality problems and measures of the second phase of Shennong Hot Spring Town, Jilin Province, which is the key chapter of the full text. The problems existing in the implementation stage and other aspects, as well as the proposed quality assurance system, the concrete measures in the construction preparation stage and the construction process, and the continuous improvement measures of the project quality are also given. The last chapter is the conclusion and future prospect. This paper summarizes the content of the full-text research and puts forward the prospects and ideas for the future.
