【摘要】：通過闡述監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估管理原理和信息系統(tǒng)基本原理，針對(duì)中國(guó)工程移民工作中存在的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理等問題，提出了適合中國(guó)工程移民監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估的理論和方法，，并建立了監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估信息收集、處理、反饋系統(tǒng)，為工程移民實(shí)施和管理提供決策依據(jù)．
[Abstract]:Through expounding the management principle of monitoring and evaluation and the basic principle of information system, aiming at the social, economic and management problems existing in the work of engineering emigration in China, this paper puts forward the theory and method suitable for the monitoring and evaluation of Chinese engineering migrants. Monitoring and evaluation information collection, processing and feedback system are established to provide decision basis for the implementation and management of project migrants.
