【摘要】：機動車數(shù)量的迅猛增加帶動了汽車變速器的大規(guī)模需求。作為汽車整車的關(guān)鍵核心部件之一,變速器的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到整車的使用性能。汽車變速器通過改變傳動比,使發(fā)動機在不同工況和不同條件下穩(wěn)定工作,利用空擋中斷動力,方便變速器換擋,實現(xiàn)發(fā)動機啟動和怠速,改善汽車發(fā)動機的燃油經(jīng)濟性和操控便利性。其中,雙離合自動變速器以其換擋時間短、舒適性好等性能優(yōu)勢,獲得了汽車整車生產(chǎn)廠商和消費者認(rèn)可。此外,雙離合自動變速器質(zhì)量較為穩(wěn)定,維修維護成本較低,在工作性能上,具備較好的加速性能,安裝空間較為緊湊,燃油經(jīng)濟性也處于領(lǐng)先地位,由于不存在功率傳遞限制,其應(yīng)用十分廣泛,因此受到國內(nèi)外汽車變速器生產(chǎn)廠商的普遍重視。本文主要運用項目管理的理念和方法,首先從理論層面對汽車變速器總成裝配線(EDUG1)建設(shè)項目管理的規(guī)劃、組織和控制展開了討論,明確了汽車變速器總成裝配線(EDU G1)建設(shè)項目管理的內(nèi)涵與主要工作流程,綜合探討了適用于汽車變速器總成裝配線(EDUG1)建設(shè)項目的管理方法與手段。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合S公司總成裝配線(EDU G1)的建設(shè)項目展開研究與實踐,對S公司總成裝配線建設(shè)項目進行有效的項目管理,具體包含S公司總成裝配線建設(shè)項目的基本特征、項目規(guī)劃、項目控制、項目組織和項目收尾等過程。本文通過運用項目管理方法,對S公司總成裝配線(EDU G1)建設(shè)項目管理進行了有效實踐,建立了所在公司總成裝配線建設(shè)項目管理的模式,對公司總成裝配線建設(shè)的項目組織、項目規(guī)劃和項目控制進行了深入分析和實踐,為后續(xù)生產(chǎn)線建設(shè)項目的開展提供了成功經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles has driven the large-scale demand of automobile transmission. As one of the key components of the vehicle, the quality of the transmission directly affects the performance of the whole vehicle. It makes the engine work stably under different working conditions and conditions, uses neutral interruption power, facilitates transmission shift, realizes engine start and idling speed, and improves fuel economy and handling convenience of automobile engine. Due to its advantages of short shift time and good comfort, double clutch automatic transmission has been recognized by automobile manufacturers and consumers. In addition, the quality of double clutch automatic transmission is relatively stable, and the maintenance cost is low. In terms of working performance, it has good acceleration performance, compact installation space and leading position in fuel economy. Because of the absence of power transfer restrictions, it is widely used. In this paper, the concept and method of project management are mainly used to plan the construction project management of automobile transmission assembly assembly line (EDUG1) from the theoretical level. The organization and control are discussed, and the connotation and main work flow of the construction project management of automobile transmission assembly assembly line EDU G1 are defined. This paper comprehensively discusses the management methods and means for the construction project of automobile transmission assembly assembly line EDUG1. On this basis, combining with the construction project of assembly line EDUG1 of S Company, the research and practice are carried out. Carry on the effective project management to the S company assembly line construction project, including the basic characteristic, the project plan, the project control of the S company assembly line construction project, Through the application of project management method, this paper carries out effective practice on the construction project management of assembly assembly line EDU G1 of S Company, and establishes the project management mode of assembly assembly line construction in S Company. The project organization, project planning and project control of the assembly line construction of the company are deeply analyzed and practiced, which provides successful experience for the following production line construction project.
