【摘要】:DB總承包模式作為一種先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理模式,是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),是我國(guó)公路建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展方向。DB總承包單位將設(shè)計(jì)和施工作為一個(gè)有機(jī)的整體實(shí)行集成化管理,對(duì)整個(gè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé),符合我國(guó)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的發(fā)展規(guī)律,有利于項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的合理安排和實(shí)施,可以提高公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理水平。公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的三大管理目標(biāo)“進(jìn)度、費(fèi)用、質(zhì)量”之間相互聯(lián)系,形成一個(gè)矛盾對(duì)立的統(tǒng)一體。進(jìn)度作為DB總承包模式公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo)的重要組成部分,影響著整個(gè)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理工作。本文針對(duì)我國(guó)DB總承包模式公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)集成理論,通過(guò)引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的進(jìn)度管理技術(shù)——BIM技術(shù)和CCM技術(shù),主要從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)DB總承包模式公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究。(1)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于DB總承包模式和公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方面的研究工作,分析公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度影響因素,對(duì)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理基本原理和先進(jìn)理論進(jìn)行介紹,重點(diǎn)分析將集成理論引入公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中的優(yōu)勢(shì),最后分析公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理應(yīng)遵循的原則。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)比分析公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的兩種分解結(jié)構(gòu):WBS和CBS,提出公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度和費(fèi)用實(shí)行集成化管理的方法,可以綜合反映公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)時(shí)間、進(jìn)度和費(fèi)用的關(guān)系,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的掙得值法進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的改進(jìn),從工期、費(fèi)用和資源三方面對(duì)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化進(jìn)行分析研究。(3)分析公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理模式,包括傳統(tǒng)的進(jìn)度管理模式和進(jìn)度總控模式,對(duì)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目不同階段的進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)管理方法和步驟進(jìn)行研究,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)管理目標(biāo),介紹傳統(tǒng)的公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理技術(shù),并重點(diǎn)分析公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理采用BIM技術(shù)和CCM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。(4)建立DB總承包模式公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理體系,包括公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目各參與方共同制定的三級(jí)計(jì)劃體系和DB總承包單位各職能部門之間建立的月/周及專項(xiàng)計(jì)劃體系,重點(diǎn)對(duì)DB總承包模式公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理要點(diǎn)、方法和操作流程進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:As an advanced project management mode, DB general contracting mode is the inevitable trend of the development of market economy. Being responsible for the whole construction project is in line with the development law of highway construction project management in our country, is beneficial to the rational arrangement and implementation of the project plan, and can improve the management level of the highway construction project and the progress of the three management objectives of the highway construction project. The cost and quality are related to each other, forming a contradictory unity. Progress is an important part of the highway construction project management goal of DB general contracting mode. This paper aims at the current situation of highway construction project schedule management in China's DB general contracting mode, according to the integration theory, through the introduction of advanced progress management technology, BIM technology and CCM technology. This paper mainly introduces the research work of DB general contracting mode and highway construction project schedule management at home and abroad from the following aspects. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the progress of highway construction projects, introduces the basic principles and advanced theories of schedule management of highway construction projects, and emphatically analyzes the advantages of introducing the integration theory into the schedule management of highway construction projects. Finally, this paper analyzes the principles that should be followed in the progress management of highway construction projects. (2) by comparing and analyzing the two decomposition structures of highway construction projects: WBS and CBS, the paper puts forward the method of implementing integrated management of progress and cost of highway construction projects. It can comprehensively reflect the relationship among construction time, schedule and cost of highway construction projects, and make corresponding improvements to the existing earned value method. This paper analyzes the schedule management mode of highway construction project, including the traditional schedule management mode and the schedule master control mode, in terms of cost and resources. This paper studies the methods and steps of progress dynamic management in different stages of highway construction projects, so as to realize the progress dynamic management objectives of highway construction projects, and introduces the traditional schedule management technology of highway construction projects. In addition, the paper emphatically analyzes the progress management of highway construction project by adopting the advantages of BIM technology and CCM technology) to establish the highway construction project schedule management system of DB general contracting mode. Including the three-level planning system jointly formulated by the participants of the highway construction project and the monthly / weekly and special planning system established between the various functional departments of the DB general contracting unit, with emphasis on the key points of the progress management of the highway construction project based on the DB general contracting mode, Methods and procedures were studied.
