中科啟程公司車載多功能后視鏡項目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國汽車市場飛速發(fā)展,中國汽車市場產(chǎn)銷量已躍居世界前列。2014年全國汽車產(chǎn)銷分別為2372萬輛和2349萬輛,同比增長7.3%和6.9%,再創(chuàng)歷史新高,繼續(xù)保持世界第一。2015年我國汽車市場預(yù)計會維持平穩(wěn)增長的態(tài)勢?焖侔l(fā)展的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)為汽車電子產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用提供了廣闊的市場前景,中國汽車電子產(chǎn)品市場隨著中國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展一起進入快速發(fā)展時期。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,,中國汽車電子產(chǎn)品市場規(guī)模從2007年的1216億元增長到2012年的2672億元,并預(yù)計到2015年突破4000億元,三年復(fù)合增速15%。汽車電子產(chǎn)品市場競爭日趨激烈,消費者對汽車電子產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求也越來越高,但就目前國內(nèi)汽車電子產(chǎn)品項目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀來看與發(fā)達國家還有明顯差距。因質(zhì)量問題導致顧客抱怨的案例時有發(fā)生,這勢必會影響企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展。因此,對汽車電子產(chǎn)品項目質(zhì)量管理研究是具有一定必要性的。 本篇論文是以中科啟程公司車載多功能后視鏡項目為案例,結(jié)合公司項目質(zhì)量管理流程,將項目質(zhì)量管理理論和質(zhì)量管理工具與實踐相融合,對項目質(zhì)量管理全過程開展具體研究。 依據(jù)公司項目管理流程,把項目質(zhì)量管理分為四個階段:項目批準立項階段、項目設(shè)計驗證階段、項目投產(chǎn)準備階段、項目投產(chǎn)后審核階段。 在項目批準立項階段,對項目質(zhì)量先期策劃APQP做了十分詳盡的闡述,明確了項目質(zhì)量管理各階段的工作,擬定了過程輸入輸出清單,定義了項目質(zhì)量目標。 在項目設(shè)計驗證階段,以中科啟程公司車載多功能后視鏡項目的設(shè)計潛在失效和后果分析DFMEA為實例對汽車電子產(chǎn)品項目設(shè)計潛在失效和后果分析DFMEA做了細致的描述。 在項目投產(chǎn)準備階段,確定了車載多功能后視鏡項目生產(chǎn)準備主計劃,對項目過程進行過程失效模式及后果分析PFMEA,對產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝進行質(zhì)量策劃和驗證,合理配置工藝設(shè)備,優(yōu)化控制,提高質(zhì)量管理意識和水平,定義了產(chǎn)品和過程設(shè)計質(zhì)量驗證和確認方法。 在項目投產(chǎn)后審核階段,明確了車載多功能后視鏡項目持續(xù)改進的流程,定義了項目持續(xù)改進的方法,提出管理改善方案,對項目質(zhì)量做出不斷改進。 本文運用項目管理質(zhì)量控制研究及方法,分析中科啟程公司車載多功能后視鏡項目質(zhì)量控制成功與失誤,總結(jié)車載多功能后視鏡項目質(zhì)量控制的經(jīng)驗,填補我公司在車載多功能后視鏡項目質(zhì)量控制方法方面的空白。

According to statistics, Chinese automobile electronic products market grew from 121 billion 600 million yuan in 2007 to 267 billion 200 million yuan in 2012, and is expected to exceed 400 billion yuan in 2015, three years 15%. compound growth rate of automobile electronic products increasingly fierce competition in the market, consumers are increasingly high demands on the quality of automobile electronic products, but the current domestic gasoline The status of quality management of car electronic products project with the developed countries there are significant gaps. Due to quality problems caused by customer complaint cases have occurred, which will affect the long-term development of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to have some research on the quality management of automobile electronic products.
This paper is a case study of Zhongke departing company's multi-functional rearview mirror project. Combined with the company's project quality management process, the project quality management theory and quality management tools and practice are combined to carry out specific research on the whole process of project quality management.
According to the company's project management process, the project quality management is divided into four stages: project approval stage, project design verification phase, project preparation stage, and project commissioning phase.
In the phase of project approval, the project quality advanced plan APQP has been elaborated in detail. The work of all stages of the project quality management has been defined, and the process input and output list has been worked out, and the quality objectives of the project have been defined.
In the phase of project design verification, DFMEA, a potential failure and consequence analysis of automotive multi-function rearview mirror project, is described by DFMEA.
In the project preparation stage, the vehicle multifunctional rearview mirror for production project master plan, process failure mode and effects analysis of PFMEA on the project process, the production process of quality planning and verification, the rational allocation of process equipment, optimization control, improve the quality and level of management consciousness, defines the design quality of the product and process validation and the validation method.
After the commissioning phase of the project, the process of continuous improvement of the vehicle multi-function rearview mirror is defined, and the method of continuous improvement is defined. The management improvement plan is put forward, and the quality of the project is continuously improved.
In this paper, the use of project management and quality control research methods, analysis of the company for a vehicle multifunctional rearview mirror project quality control experience of success and failure, the mirror project quality control summary of vehicle multi function, to fill the gaps in the mirror after a vehicle multifunctional project our company process quality control aspects.
