基于PDM的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程管理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及應用

【摘要】:伴隨著日益激烈的國際市場競爭,先進的企業(yè)管理技術(shù)從最初的庫存管理、物料需求計劃、制造資源計劃,逐漸發(fā)展成為企業(yè)資源計劃。在金融機具企業(yè)中,建立一個符合市場發(fā)展和企業(yè)發(fā)展前景的信息化管理平臺是現(xiàn)階段PDM(Product Data Management,產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理)系統(tǒng)研究的方向。企業(yè)迫切地需求一個高效、成熟的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),這對增強企業(yè)信息化服務能力,提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力有著不容小覷的作用。近幾年來,具備開發(fā)條件的企業(yè)開始使用PDM系統(tǒng)作為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理軟件,取得了良好的成效。本文針對面向金融機具產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了深入研究,詳細闡述了金融機具產(chǎn)品項目開發(fā)流程。針對客戶的不同需求,對紙幣清分機屬性配置流程進行了概要分析。提出了一種基于粗糙集理論的紙幣清分機配置規(guī)則的獲取方法,實現(xiàn)了對決策系統(tǒng)的約簡,使客戶可以盡快熟悉相應的配置規(guī)則。配置結(jié)果驗證了所提方法的可行性和有效行。以離散型制造企業(yè)的管理需求為背景,本文研究了PDM關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的特點和功能,利用Rational Rose建模軟件進行功能建模,提出了一種基于UML的面向PDM產(chǎn)品項目開發(fā)過程的模型,為項目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計提供了模型支持。本文以Microsoft公司的.NET為開發(fā)平臺,B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),C#作為開發(fā)語言,采用SQL Server2012搭建后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。結(jié)合金融機具企業(yè)的管理需求,完成了基于PDM項目管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。本課題以遼寧聚龍金融設(shè)備股份有限公司為實際研究背景并得到該公司的相關(guān)支持。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce international market competition, advanced enterprise management technology has gradually developed from initial inventory management, material requirement planning, manufacturing resource planning to enterprise resource planning. It is the research direction of PDM(Product Data Management (Product data Management) system to establish an information management platform in line with the market development and the development prospect of enterprises. Enterprises urgently need an efficient and mature product data management system. This plays an important role in enhancing the information service ability of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, enterprises with development conditions have begun to use PDM system as product development and management software. In this paper, some key technologies in the process of product development for financial machines and tools are studied in depth, and the process of development of financial tools products is described in detail, which is aimed at the different needs of customers. This paper gives a brief analysis of the process of attribute configuration of paper currency sorter, presents a method of obtaining configuration rules of paper currency sorting machine based on rough set theory, and realizes the reduction of decision system. So that customers can be familiar with the corresponding configuration rules as soon as possible. The configuration results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. Based on the management requirements of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper studies the characteristics and functions of the key technologies of PDM. Using Rational Rose modeling software for functional modeling, a model of PDM product project development process based on UML is proposed. This paper provides model support for the design of project management system. This paper takes .NET of Microsoft Company as the development platform and C # as the development language, and uses SQL Server2012 to build the backstage database. The development of project management system based on PDM is completed. The research background is Liaoning Julong Financial equipment Co., Ltd.
