【摘要】：伴隨著日益激烈的國際市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),先進(jìn)的企業(yè)管理技術(shù)從最初的庫存管理、物料需求計(jì)劃、制造資源計(jì)劃,逐漸發(fā)展成為企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃。在金融機(jī)具企業(yè)中,建立一個(gè)符合市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和企業(yè)發(fā)展前景的信息化管理平臺(tái)是現(xiàn)階段PDM(Product Data Management,產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理)系統(tǒng)研究的方向。企業(yè)迫切地需求一個(gè)高效、成熟的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),這對(duì)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)信息化服務(wù)能力,提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著不容小覷的作用。近幾年來,具備開發(fā)條件的企業(yè)開始使用PDM系統(tǒng)作為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理軟件,取得了良好的成效。本文針對(duì)面向金融機(jī)具產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入研究,詳細(xì)闡述了金融機(jī)具產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)流程。針對(duì)客戶的不同需求,對(duì)紙幣清分機(jī)屬性配置流程進(jìn)行了概要分析。提出了一種基于粗糙集理論的紙幣清分機(jī)配置規(guī)則的獲取方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)決策系統(tǒng)的約簡(jiǎn),使客戶可以盡快熟悉相應(yīng)的配置規(guī)則。配置結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性和有效行。以離散型制造企業(yè)的管理需求為背景,本文研究了PDM關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)和功能,利用Rational Rose建模軟件進(jìn)行功能建模,提出了一種基于UML的面向PDM產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程的模型,為項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了模型支持。本文以Microsoft公司的.NET為開發(fā)平臺(tái),B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),C#作為開發(fā)語言,采用SQL Server2012搭建后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫。結(jié)合金融機(jī)具企業(yè)的管理需求,完成了基于PDM項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。本課題以遼寧聚龍金融設(shè)備股份有限公司為實(shí)際研究背景并得到該公司的相關(guān)支持。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce international market competition, advanced enterprise management technology has gradually developed from initial inventory management, material requirement planning, manufacturing resource planning to enterprise resource planning. It is the research direction of PDM(Product Data Management (Product data Management) system to establish an information management platform in line with the market development and the development prospect of enterprises. Enterprises urgently need an efficient and mature product data management system. This plays an important role in enhancing the information service ability of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, enterprises with development conditions have begun to use PDM system as product development and management software. In this paper, some key technologies in the process of product development for financial machines and tools are studied in depth, and the process of development of financial tools products is described in detail, which is aimed at the different needs of customers. This paper gives a brief analysis of the process of attribute configuration of paper currency sorter, presents a method of obtaining configuration rules of paper currency sorting machine based on rough set theory, and realizes the reduction of decision system. So that customers can be familiar with the corresponding configuration rules as soon as possible. The configuration results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. Based on the management requirements of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper studies the characteristics and functions of the key technologies of PDM. Using Rational Rose modeling software for functional modeling, a model of PDM product project development process based on UML is proposed. This paper provides model support for the design of project management system. This paper takes .NET of Microsoft Company as the development platform and C # as the development language, and uses SQL Server2012 to build the backstage database. The development of project management system based on PDM is completed. The research background is Liaoning Julong Financial equipment Co., Ltd.
