流程驅(qū)動的模具項目管理系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:人類自步入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代以來,從硬件的普及到軟件的廣泛應(yīng)用,各個行業(yè)關(guān)于輔助生產(chǎn)管理的軟件需求與日俱增,逐漸趨向于精細化、合理化,為企業(yè)量身定做的軟件更是供不應(yīng)求,然而不同企業(yè)的主營業(yè)務(wù)不盡相同,同行業(yè)的企業(yè)對于同樣的業(yè)務(wù)均有自己的一套處理方案,不同的業(yè)務(wù)之間的關(guān)系也存有或多或少的聯(lián)系,于是怎樣把企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)管理過程中業(yè)務(wù)及其關(guān)系合理的體現(xiàn)在軟件項目之中,成為了軟件研發(fā)過程中一個至關(guān)重要的問題。采用流程驅(qū)動的項目管理系統(tǒng)能充分的發(fā)揮流程管理的優(yōu)勢,有助于為項目的各項業(yè)務(wù)的處理提供有效的信息化支持,與使用單個實體處理為主的傳統(tǒng)管理系統(tǒng)相比,它具有比較大的優(yōu)勢,對傳統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)模式做了實質(zhì)性的改變和優(yōu)化。流程驅(qū)動的模具項目管理系統(tǒng)以流程驅(qū)動為理念,以實際的業(yè)務(wù)及其關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ),采用與軟件開發(fā)相關(guān)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,以實現(xiàn)模具管理為目標(biāo),圍繞流程驅(qū)動的相關(guān)理念對實際業(yè)務(wù)流程進行合理的實現(xiàn),做出一套基于模具項目開發(fā)的實際應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)五個功能:項目管理、任務(wù)管理、系統(tǒng)管理、消息管理和分組管理。項目管理實現(xiàn)對在產(chǎn)項目、完結(jié)項目和廢棄項目三種狀態(tài)項目的管理;任務(wù)管理實現(xiàn)對于待完成任務(wù)、已完成任務(wù)和待審批編輯任務(wù)的管理;系統(tǒng)管理主要對用戶和企業(yè)部門進行管理;消息管理主要是發(fā)送新任務(wù)分配、已完成任務(wù)申請編輯等系統(tǒng)消息和工作及時提醒等,以及讀取消息、批量刪除消息、查詢消息等操作;分組管理實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)主要業(yè)務(wù)中使用的分組進行自主設(shè)計和管理。本系統(tǒng)能很好的契合企業(yè)的實際業(yè)務(wù)處理,提高企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)處理效率和質(zhì)量,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了更多的價值,已經(jīng)在煙臺某模具有限公司使用。
[Abstract]:Since the era of Internet, from the popularization of hardware to the wide application of software, the demand of software for auxiliary production management is increasing day by day in various industries, and gradually tends to be refined and rationalized. Software tailor-made for the enterprise is in short supply. However, the main business of different enterprises is not the same. Enterprises in the same industry have their own set of processing schemes for the same business. The relationship between different business also has more or less connection, so how to reflect the business and its relationship in the process of production management in the software project, Process driven project management system can give full play to the advantages of process management, and help to provide effective information support for the processing of various business of the project. Compared with the traditional management system based on single entity processing, it has more advantages, and has made substantial changes and optimizations to the traditional system design and implementation mode. The process-driven mold project management system takes flow-driven as the concept. Based on the actual business and its relationship, combining with the related technology of software development, taking the mold management as the goal, the practical business process is realized reasonably around the relevant idea of process driving. Make a set of practical application system based on mould project development. The system mainly realizes five functions: project management, task management, system management, message management and group management. The management of the three status items of the completed project and the abandoned project, the management of the tasks to be completed, the completed tasks and the tasks to be approved and edited by the task management, the management of the system management mainly to the users and the enterprise departments; Message management is mainly to send new task assignment, complete task request, edit and other system messages and timely work reminders, as well as read messages, delete messages in batches, query messages and so on. Group management realizes the independent design and management of the groups used in the main business of the enterprise. This system can fit the actual business processing of the enterprise very well, improve the efficiency and quality of the business processing of the enterprise, and create more value for the enterprise. It has been used in Yantai Mould Co., Ltd.
