【摘要】：本文通過對規(guī)�；ㄖ葡碌墓⿷�(yīng)鏈管理的應(yīng)用和闡述,結(jié)合BOSCH組裝技術(shù)項目實施管理中的供應(yīng)鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀和問題矛盾,提出了BOSCH(常州)汽車液壓傳動技術(shù)有限公司的供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,并通過組裝技術(shù)項目管理中的相關(guān)案例對其實施效果進(jìn)行全面評估。本文認(rèn)為,供應(yīng)鏈管理中的模塊化管理理論、規(guī)�；ㄖ评碚摵虰OSCH組裝技術(shù)項目,管理理論指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)鏈管理實現(xiàn)規(guī)�；贫ǖ幕A(chǔ)理論。規(guī)�；ㄖ频墓⿷�(yīng)管理是本世紀(jì)工業(yè)制造業(yè)的核心理論之一,適用于于不同階段經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下的不同類型具有個性化需求的規(guī)�；圃炱髽I(yè)。BOSCH組裝技術(shù)采用規(guī)�；ㄖ乒⿷�(yīng)鏈管理,利用定制化管理采購、及時響應(yīng)市場需求、Kanban拉動式管理訂單物流、可視化控制庫存、看板精益式生產(chǎn)管理五大模塊優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈管理,并以組裝技術(shù)規(guī)�；ㄖ频墓⿷�(yīng)鏈管理為例,深度剖析供應(yīng)鏈規(guī)�；嚓P(guān)原理及規(guī)�；闹匾饬x；最后得出戰(zhàn)略結(jié)論：強(qiáng)化分析規(guī)模定制化供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)問題,運(yùn)用ITO,MSA等數(shù)學(xué)分析方法和APQP,BPS,FAMA方法分析,提出對相關(guān)的矛盾和問題的解決方案。以實現(xiàn)規(guī)�；a(chǎn)的同時,滿足客戶定制設(shè)計需求并提供自動化的解決方案,以提高顧客交付價值和忠誠度,進(jìn)而節(jié)約成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率。BOSCH汽車的規(guī)�；ㄖ乒⿷�(yīng)鏈管理,對自動化制造行業(yè)無互斥性,普遍衍生于其他行業(yè),具有客戶訂制需求的模塊化企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理,對企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢有一定的借鑒意義。本文采用的主要研究方法有：定性分析法、觀察法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、描述性研究法、調(diào)查法、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the application and elaboration of the supply chain management under the large-scale customization, the present situation and problems of the supply chain management in the implementation of the BOSCH assembly technology project are discussed. The supply chain strategic planning of Bosch (Changzhou) Automotive hydraulic Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is put forward, and its implementation effect is comprehensively evaluated through the relevant cases of assembly technology project management. Modular management theory, large-scale customization theory and BOSCH assembly technology project in supply chain management, The theory of supply chain management is one of the core theories of industrial manufacturing industry in this century. Suitable for different types of large-scale manufacturing enterprises with individualized demand under different stages of economic system. Bosch assembly technology adopts large-scale customized supply chain management, and uses customized management of procurement. Responding to market demand in time, Kanban manages order logistics, visual control inventory, Kanban lean production management to optimize supply chain management, and take the large-scale customized supply chain management of assembly technology as an example. Finally, the strategic conclusion is drawn: strengthening the analysis of the relevant problems in the customized supply chain management, using the mathematical analysis method such as ITOOMSA and APQP / BPS-FAMA method to analyze the supply chain scale correlation principle and the significance of the large-scale supply chain management, and finally draw the strategic conclusion: strengthen the analysis of the scale customized supply chain management, use ITOMSA and other mathematical analysis methods. The solutions to the related contradictions and problems are put forward in order to realize the large-scale production, meet the requirements of custom-made design and provide automated solutions, so as to improve the value and loyalty of the customer delivery, and then save the cost. To improve the production efficiency. Bosch automobile large-scale customized supply chain management, no mutual exclusion to the automatic manufacturing industry, generally derived from other industries, with custom-made customer demand of modular enterprise supply chain management, The main research methods used in this paper are qualitative analysis method, observation method, literature research method, descriptive research method, investigation method, experience summary and so on.
