【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量與該工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)益以及工程適用性具有密切的聯(lián)系,并且與公眾的生命以及財(cái)產(chǎn)安全都有重要的聯(lián)系。工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的控制關(guān)鍵在于嚴(yán)格控制工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量,如此才能做到全面工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的控制。本文在項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合YT大學(xué)理工樓項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了分析。本文首先對(duì)研究的背景以及意義進(jìn)行了明確的定位,指出了研究的主要內(nèi)容框架、原則以及過程等,并且對(duì)國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的研究與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié)。接著,引入YT大學(xué)理工樓工程項(xiàng)目,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的背景、項(xiàng)目概況、施工環(huán)境、天氣條件和工程特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹,并明確了該工程項(xiàng)目的總體目標(biāo),即要達(dá)到工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、工程目標(biāo)、工程成本造價(jià)控制目標(biāo)、職業(yè)健康安全目標(biāo)以及環(huán)境保護(hù)和文明施工目標(biāo)。然后,通過三個(gè)方面來對(duì)YT大學(xué)理工樓工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)的分析,主要包括工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量控制以及質(zhì)量保證,通過對(duì)這三個(gè)方面的分析來具體論述了在工程項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的方法、步驟及要點(diǎn)。在工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃方面,從設(shè)計(jì)階段質(zhì)量、招標(biāo)與合同質(zhì)量、施工階段質(zhì)量以及竣工后的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了分析；在工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方面,制定工程質(zhì)量控制方案及流程,對(duì)主要材料和重要分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述；在工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保障上建立質(zhì)量保證體系與質(zhì)量組織保證。在對(duì)YT大學(xué)理工樓項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與控制的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),只有從項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)到竣工的各個(gè)階段保證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展的質(zhì)量,才能保證項(xiàng)目整體的順利進(jìn)行。本文的研究旨在對(duì)同類建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理與控制起到一定的指導(dǎo)與借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The quality of the project is closely related to the benefit and applicability of the project. The key to the quality control of engineering projects lies in the strict control of the quality of each link in the implementation of the project. Under the guidance of the relevant theory of project quality management, this paper combines the actual situation of YT University science and technology building project, This paper analyzes the practical activities of using project management theory in engineering projects. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are clearly defined, and the main content frame, principle and process of the research are pointed out. The research and development of project quality control at home and abroad are summarized and summarized. Then, the background, general situation, construction environment, weather conditions and engineering characteristics of the project are introduced. The overall goal of the project is defined, that is, the quality target, the project target, the cost control goal, the occupational health and safety goal, the environmental protection and the civilized construction goal of the project are achieved. Through three aspects, the content of quality management in YT University Science and Technology Building project is analyzed, including quality planning, quality control and quality assurance. Through the analysis of these three aspects, this paper discusses in detail the methods, steps and main points of implementing project quality management in engineering projects. In terms of quality planning of engineering projects, the quality of design stage, bidding and contract quality are discussed. The quality of the construction stage and the quality plan after completion are analyzed, and the project quality control scheme and process are formulated in the aspect of project quality control, and the quality control of the main materials and important sub-projects is described in detail. To establish quality assurance system and quality organization assurance in engineering project quality assurance. In the study of quality management and control of YT University Science and Technology Building, it is found that the quality of project progress is guaranteed only in each stage from project design to completion. The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance and reference to the quality management and control of similar construction projects.
