【摘要】：成功的項(xiàng)目需要能按時(shí)完成,并保持在預(yù)算之內(nèi),以符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的方式實(shí)施項(xiàng)目并使客戶滿意。其實(shí)質(zhì)就是質(zhì)量控制的過程,是企業(yè)制造出合格產(chǎn)品的保證措施。全球化市場的形成,使當(dāng)今制造企業(yè)面對更加嚴(yán)酷的競爭,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、成本和上市時(shí)間成為企業(yè)競爭的核心。如果能在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)以較低成本開發(fā)生產(chǎn)出滿足不同市場需求的產(chǎn)品,那么企業(yè)將會(huì)在市場中處于優(yōu)勢。那么這就需要在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中有非常好的質(zhì)量管理來保證產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的順利、快速、有效地進(jìn)行。 本文以IC公司進(jìn)水閥產(chǎn)品新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理為研究對象,在研究和分析了IC公司進(jìn)水閥產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合進(jìn)水閥產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),綜合項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理過程,在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的各階段實(shí)施質(zhì)量管理過程,以提升項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量整體水平出發(fā),提出了產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制的改進(jìn)策略。 本文共分為五大部分：第一部分為緒論,介紹了課題的背景來源,并提出本文研究的目的與實(shí)際意義,闡明了本文所涉及到的研究內(nèi)容與方法。第二部分回顧了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論與文獻(xiàn)綜述,并介紹了幾大項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理常用的工具與方法(QFD, FMEA, Cpk工具)。第三部分介紹了IC公司以及進(jìn)水閥產(chǎn)品和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,并指出存在的問題。期望通過平臺(tái)化新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目建立進(jìn)水閥新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方法來改善產(chǎn)品開發(fā)質(zhì)量。第四部分結(jié)合項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論,針對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目階段,采用相應(yīng)的工具與方法構(gòu)建用于水閥新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模型。第五部分在IC公司進(jìn)水閥新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中詮釋項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理模型的實(shí)例應(yīng)用。第六部分為本文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Successful projects need to be completed on time and within budget to implement the project in a manner consistent with the design specifications and to satisfy the customer. The essence of the project is a process of quality control. The formation of the global market makes the manufacturing enterprises face more severe competition and the quality of their products. The cost and the time to market become the core of the competition. If the products can be developed and produced at lower cost in a short period of time to meet the needs of different markets, Then the enterprise will be in the advantage in the market, so this needs to have the very good quality management in the product development process to guarantee the product development smooth, fast, effective. This paper takes the quality management of the new product development project of the intake valve product of IC Company as the research object, based on the research and analysis of the current situation of the quality management of the intake valve product development project of IC Company, combined with the characteristics of the water intake valve product development project. In order to improve the overall quality of the project, the improvement strategy of the quality control of the product development project is put forward by synthesizing the quality management process of the project and implementing the quality management process in each stage of the product development. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, introduced the background of the subject, and put forward the purpose and practical significance of this study. The second part reviews the theory and literature review of project quality management and new product development project management. This paper also introduces several common tools and methods of project quality management: QFDs, FMEA, Cpk tools. The third part introduces the quality status of IC Company and the products and product development projects of intake valves. And points out the existing problems. It is expected to improve the quality of product development by establishing the quality management method of the new product development project of intake valve through the platform new product development project. 4th part combines with the theory of project quality management, aiming at the stage of product development project. Using the corresponding tools and methods to construct the project quality management model for the new product development of water valve. Part 5th is the application of interpreting the project quality management model in the water valve new product development project of IC Company. Part 6th is the conclusion of this paper.
