【摘要】：在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的大背景下,作為傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的制造業(yè)要謀求發(fā)展,必然需要增強(qiáng)自身的競爭優(yōu)勢,競爭優(yōu)勢不僅來自于生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,更來自于管理的創(chuàng)新。企業(yè)若要獲得持續(xù)的創(chuàng)造能力,就需要發(fā)動(dòng)全體員工的創(chuàng)新潛力,使得企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新步入全員創(chuàng)新的狀態(tài),這樣創(chuàng)新才會(huì)真正地不斷驅(qū)動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展。精益管理思想在日本豐田取得巨大成功后,就迅速被引入到各國,成為各國制造業(yè)所追求的生產(chǎn)模式。當(dāng)今的中國制造業(yè)正處于“調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)促增長”的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的大浪潮中,精益生產(chǎn)模式對于亟需調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的中國制造業(yè)仍然具有適用性。對傳統(tǒng)的冶煉制造業(yè)企業(yè)來說,如何學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),如何將先進(jìn)理論與生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,如何讓全體員工參與到生產(chǎn)流程的改造中并發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造性,如何做到生產(chǎn)流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn),成為使企業(yè)煥發(fā)新的生機(jī)的關(guān)鍵。云銅鋅業(yè)在企業(yè)運(yùn)營轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,提出以持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的形式進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)流程的改造,以解決公司管理問題,提高投資回報(bào)率,擴(kuò)大項(xiàng)目參與面,達(dá)到降本增效目的。本文對項(xiàng)目管理、精益生產(chǎn)、持續(xù)改進(jìn)理論方法進(jìn)行梳理,分析云銅鋅業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)目前企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理存在的問題,構(gòu)建了引入上述思想的一套持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目精益管理體系,并投入生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,取得了較好的實(shí)施效果,最后提出的相關(guān)保障措施,使得精益管理體系的內(nèi)容更加完整。期待這套持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理體系在企業(yè)的實(shí)踐中能夠得到進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)與豐富,同時(shí)能為同行業(yè)企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation-driven development, the manufacturing industry, as a traditional industry, must enhance its competitive advantage, which is not only from the innovation of production technology, but also from the innovation of production technology. More from the innovation of management. If the enterprise wants to obtain the continuous creative ability, it needs to mobilize the innovation potential of all the employees, so that the innovation of the enterprise enters the state of all-staff innovation. Only in this way can innovation really drive the development of enterprises. After the great success of Toyota in Japan, lean management ideas were quickly introduced into various countries. Nowadays, the Chinese manufacturing industry is in the wave of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure of "adjusting structure and promoting growth". The lean production mode is still applicable to the Chinese manufacturing industry, which needs to adjust the mode of economic development. For the traditional metallurgical manufacturing enterprises, how to learn advanced production management experience, how to combine advanced theory with production practice, How to let all the staff participate in the transformation of the production process and give full play to the creativity, how to achieve the continuous improvement of the production process, become the key to make the enterprise radiate new vitality. In order to solve the problems of company management, increase the rate of return on investment, expand the participation of the project, and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency, this paper puts forward the transformation of production process in the form of continuous improvement of project. The theory and method of continuous improvement are combed out, and the present situation of project management in Yun-Cu-Zn industry is analyzed. According to the existing problems of enterprise project management at present, a set of continuous improvement project lean management system is constructed and put into production practice. Has obtained the good implementation effect, finally proposed the correlation safeguard measure, causes the lean management system content to be more complete. Looks forward to this set of continuous improvement project management system can obtain the further improvement and the enrichment in the enterprise's practice, At the same time, it can provide some reference for the project management of the same industry enterprises.
