【摘要】：物資管理是項目管理的重要內(nèi)容,物資的供應(yīng)鏈管理是其中的一個重要課題,特別是對于國際工程項目。介紹物資管理的創(chuàng)新工具PDM在某項目PDM的應(yīng)用實例,說明PDM編制的要求、編制步驟,并闡明PDM管理在項目管理中所起到的作用。
[Abstract]:Material management is an important part of project management, in which supply chain management of materials is an important subject, especially for international engineering projects. This paper introduces the application of PDM, an innovative tool of material management, in the PDM of a certain project. Explain the requirements and steps of PDM programming, and clarify the role of PDM management in project management.
