【摘要】：在市場化大趨勢的推動下,核電項目的成本管理意識空前強化。在眾多成本管理的影響因素中,工程量是決定性因素。本文從概念區(qū)分的角度劃分了核電項目實施過程的活動層次,進行了相應分析,找出了各個層次活動量的不同測量方式,通過對這些方式的本質解析和整合,既澄清了施工項目工程量概念本身,也澄清了一些模糊認識,為工程量的管理和成本管理的改進奠定了必要的基礎。
[Abstract]:Driven by the trend of marketization, the cost management consciousness of nuclear power projects has been strengthened. Among the many factors affecting cost management, The project quantity is the decisive factor. This paper divides the activity level of the nuclear power project implementation process from the angle of concept differentiation, carries on the corresponding analysis, and finds out the different measuring way of the activity quantity of each level. By analyzing and integrating the essence of these methods, the paper clarifies not only the concept of engineering quantity of construction project itself, but also some vague understanding, which lays a necessary foundation for the improvement of project quantity management and cost management.
