【摘要】：選擇好的投資項目并進行有效的項目管理是企業(yè)在市場競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵,將一種新的管理技術(shù)———平衡計分卡運用到投資項目的選擇與管理中進行探討,以找到投資項目全面價值與對企業(yè)的全面促進。
[Abstract]:Selecting good investment project and carrying on effective project management is the key to gain advantage in market competition. This paper applies a new management technology--balanced scorecard to the selection and management of investment project. To find the overall value of investment projects and the overall promotion of enterprises.
