【摘要】：項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)是指在項(xiàng)目施工完成1-2年后,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的所有階段進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研,完成對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)情況的后評(píng)價(jià),得到項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和項(xiàng)目預(yù)期之間的差距,并且分析造成這種結(jié)果的影響因素,將其反饋給項(xiàng)目管理人員,為后續(xù)相同項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)提供可以參考的依據(jù)。市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目屬于工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的一種,但是它同時(shí)帶有較強(qiáng)的公益性,對(duì)其進(jìn)行后評(píng)價(jià),一方面能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)情況的有效管理和監(jiān)督,另一方面能夠確保項(xiàng)目資金的合理利用。隨著市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的不斷發(fā)展,開展項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)工作成為市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容之一。本論文首先介紹了市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)工作的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了進(jìn)行后評(píng)價(jià)工作的必要性;然后梳理了市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的原則、程序、方法和一些工作流程,通過大量的調(diào)研、收集和篩選等,確定了市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的后評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,用層次分析法對(duì)各個(gè)指標(biāo)權(quán)重進(jìn)行了確定,最后建立市政工程的模糊綜合后評(píng)價(jià)模型。利用該模型對(duì)某城市的棧橋項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了后評(píng)價(jià),證實(shí)了該模型的可使用性和科學(xué)性。論文還對(duì)如何提高后評(píng)價(jià)的反饋效果提出了構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:Post-project evaluation refers to the completion of the project construction 1-2 years after the completion of all stages of the project construction data survey, completed the post-evaluation of the project construction situation, get the gap between project implementation and project expectations, And analyze the influence factors that cause this result, feedback it to the project manager, and provide the reference basis for the construction of the same project in the future. The municipal engineering construction project belongs to one kind of the engineering project construction, But at the same time, it has a strong public welfare, on the one hand, it can realize the effective management and supervision of the construction of the project. On the other hand, it can ensure the rational use of project funds. With the continuous development of municipal construction projects, It is one of the key contents of municipal engineering construction project management to carry out post-evaluation work. Firstly, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status of post-evaluation of municipal engineering construction projects, and analyzes the necessity of post-evaluation work. Then combing the principles, procedures, methods and some workflow of post-evaluation of municipal engineering construction projects, through a large number of research, collection and screening, this paper determines the post-evaluation index system of municipal engineering construction projects. The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive post-evaluation model of municipal engineering is established, and the post-evaluation of trestle project in a certain city is carried out by using the model. It is proved that the model is applicable and scientific, and the idea of how to improve the feedback effect of post evaluation is put forward in this paper.
