多客戶系統(tǒng)集成項目溝通管理研究

【摘要】:項目管理作為近現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展起來的一門管理類分支學科,在項目實施過程中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。而項目管理九大領(lǐng)域之一的溝通管理,貫穿于項目管理的整個過程,是項目管理的重要組成部分,溝通管理的成功與否直接關(guān)系到項目的成功與否。隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、云技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及大數(shù)據(jù)時代的來臨,多客戶項目與系統(tǒng)集成項目將來會越來越多。項目溝通管理本來就是一門比較復雜的課題,而同時面對多個客戶的系統(tǒng)集成項目的溝通管理就更加復雜更加難以掌握了,而這恰恰就是本文要研究的課題以及要解決的問題。本文將以項目管理及項目溝通管理的理論為基礎(chǔ),以分析多客戶項目及系統(tǒng)集成項目的特點以及它們之間的關(guān)系入手,對多客戶系統(tǒng)集成項目溝通管理過程中的難點進行了逐一的分析,并對這些難點的解決方案作了理論研究,并由此提出了干系人分析矩陣模型以及以項目過程的角度分析溝通方式的選擇等一系列理論解決方法,最后通過案例分析的方式闡述了理論解決方法在實戰(zhàn)項目中的成功運用。在案例項目中,首先對項目作了簡介,然后分析了項目的特點、對項目干系人作了詳細的分析,最后針對不同的干系人在項目中所扮的角色不同,詳細闡述了所采用的不同溝通方式。文章最后對多客戶系統(tǒng)集成項目提出經(jīng)驗總結(jié)、研究結(jié)論及下一步研究展望。
[Abstract]:As a branch of management discipline developed in modern society, project management plays a more and more important role in the process of project implementation. Communication management, one of the nine major fields of project management, runs through the whole process of project management. Communication management is an important part of project management. The success of communication management is directly related to the success of the project. With the development of Internet of things technology, cloud technology and the advent of big data era, There will be more and more multi-client projects and systems integration projects in the future. Project communication management is originally a more complex subject, while the communication management of system integration projects facing multiple customers is more complex and more difficult to master. And this is exactly the subject to be studied and the problems to be solved. Based on the theory of project management and project communication management, this paper will analyze the characteristics of multi-client projects and system integration projects and the relationship between them. The difficulties in the process of multi-client system integration project communication management are analyzed one by one, and the solutions to these difficulties are studied theoretically. A series of theoretical solutions, such as the matrix model of stakeholder analysis and the choice of communication methods from the perspective of project process, are put forward. Finally, the successful application of the theory solution in the actual combat project is expounded by the way of case analysis. In the case project, the project is first introduced, then the characteristics of the project are analyzed, and the stakeholders of the project are analyzed in detail. Finally, aiming at the different roles played by different stakeholders in the project, the different communication methods are elaborated in detail. Finally, the paper puts forward the experience summary, the research conclusion and the future research prospect of the multi-client system integration project.
