【摘要】：近年來,軟件行業(yè)中的需求變化加速,甚至有些軟件需求已經(jīng)無法在項(xiàng)目開始階段確定下來,而需要在整個(gè)軟件開發(fā)過程中逐漸明確和細(xì)化。在這個(gè)背景下,傳統(tǒng)的瀑布式項(xiàng)目管理開發(fā)方式已經(jīng)開始無法適應(yīng),其弊端也在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行的過程中逐步顯現(xiàn)。因此,亟需一種新的軟件開發(fā)流程來應(yīng)對(duì)需求的變化。從1990年代開始,敏捷開發(fā)逐漸引起廣泛關(guān)注,敏捷開發(fā)以用戶的需求進(jìn)化為核心,有效地應(yīng)對(duì)需求變化,快速發(fā)布版本,更加緊密地和客戶溝通。在敏捷開發(fā)中,需求管理也自然成為其應(yīng)對(duì)需求變化的關(guān)鍵,做好敏捷需求管理是成功實(shí)踐敏捷開發(fā)的關(guān)鍵所在。本文以AC公司郵政管理系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目為例,立足敏捷開發(fā)和敏捷需求管理相關(guān)知識(shí),采用文獻(xiàn)閱讀法及比較研究法,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目中的需求管理問題進(jìn)行深入研究。首先對(duì)AC公司及其郵政管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行簡單介紹,同時(shí)提出郵政管理系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)用瀑布式開發(fā)過程中產(chǎn)生的需求管理問題,并對(duì)問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析；其次,結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目,運(yùn)用敏捷開發(fā)理論知識(shí),從開發(fā)流程、組織形式、管理體系三個(gè)方面,提出解決問題的建議和對(duì)策；最后,對(duì)采取的解決方案進(jìn)行實(shí)施總結(jié)。本文研究的是AC公司郵政管理系統(tǒng)敏捷需求管理問題,希望通過本研究,為其他企業(yè)快速應(yīng)對(duì)需求變化和開展敏捷需求管理提供一定的參考,為提升國內(nèi)軟件行業(yè)的競爭力作一份貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, changes in requirements in the software industry have accelerated, and even some software requirements have not been identified at the beginning of the project, but need to be gradually defined and refined throughout the software development process. The traditional waterfall project management and development method has been unable to adapt, and its disadvantages have gradually appeared in the course of the project. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new software development process to cope with changes in demand. Agile development has gradually aroused widespread concern. Agile development takes the evolution of user requirements as the core, effectively responds to changes in requirements, releases versions quickly, and communicates more closely with customers. Requirement management is also the key to deal with the change of demand, and it is the key to successfully practice agile development. This paper takes the postal management system project of AC Company as an example. Based on the knowledge of agile development and agile requirement management, this paper makes a deep research on the requirement management problems in this project by using the method of literature reading and comparative research. Firstly, the AC company and its postal management system are briefly introduced. At the same time, the demand management problem of postal management system in the application of waterfall development process is put forward, and the causes of the problem are analyzed. Secondly, combined with this project, the application of agile development theory knowledge, from the development process, organizational form, Three aspects of management system, put forward suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem; finally, the implementation of the implementation of the summary of the adopted solutions. This paper is the AC company postal management system agile demand management problem, I hope through this study, It can provide some reference for other enterprises to deal with the change of demand and carry out agile requirement management, and make a contribution to enhance the competitiveness of domestic software industry.
