煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:近幾年來,城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,道路作為城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,在人們的日常生活中起到越來越重要的作用,尤其是對(duì)人們的出行和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段是旅游干線,位于煙臺(tái)市開發(fā)區(qū)北部,人口流動(dòng)、車流都比較大,且僅為雙向兩車道,會(huì)對(duì)該路造成很大的影響,亟需對(duì)該路進(jìn)行拓寬,建成雙向四車道,并設(shè)立專門的人行道,從而減緩該路的壓力,降低安全事故的發(fā)生。本文主要包括六部分、七章。第一部分是前言部分、包括第1章,主要研究煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法和研究框架;第二部分是理論部分和煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段工程項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀,包括第2章和第3章,主要是闡述項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論以及從項(xiàng)目概況和進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀原因入手,并深入剖析,對(duì)影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的因素進(jìn)行了探討;第三部分是進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和優(yōu)化部分,包括第4章,作為本文的主體,主要是采用了CC軟件對(duì)煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制,接著運(yùn)用縮短工期和改變邏輯關(guān)系對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度工期進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;第四部分是進(jìn)度的控制,包括第5章,主要是通過動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)的方式來尋找實(shí)際進(jìn)度和計(jì)劃進(jìn)度的偏差,并做出及時(shí)的調(diào)整:第五部分是保障措施部分,包括第6章,主要是對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行控制的配套措施;第六部分是結(jié)論與展望部分。包括最后1章,主要是對(duì)本文的結(jié)論和遇到的難題進(jìn)行了講述。本文以項(xiàng)目管理軟件為工具,將項(xiàng)目管理理論和方法用到煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中,最大限度地消減了規(guī)劃進(jìn)程的工作量,大大提高了項(xiàng)目的工作效率,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度達(dá)到了縮短工期、資源均衡分配的目的。同時(shí),為煙臺(tái)海濱路YK11-18段工程項(xiàng)目提供了一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the process of urbanization has been speeding up. As a city infrastructure, roads play a more and more important role in people's daily life, especially for people's travel and economic development. YK11-18 section of Yantai Seaside Road is a tourist trunk line. Located in the northern part of Yantai Development Zone, population flow and traffic flow are relatively large, and they are only two lanes in both directions, which will have a great impact on the road. It is urgently needed to widen the road, build a two-way four-lane road, and set up a special sidewalk. This paper mainly includes six parts and seven chapters. The first part is the preface, including the first chapter, which mainly studies the research background and significance of the progress of the YK11-18 section of Yantai seaside road. The second part is the theory part and the present situation of the YK11-18 section of Yantai waterfront road, including chapter 2 and chapter 3, It mainly expounds the relevant theories of project management and project schedule management, starting with the general situation of the project and the reasons of the current situation of the progress management, and deeply analyzes the factors that affect the project schedule management. The third part is the preparation and optimization of the progress plan, including chapter 4, as the main body of this paper, mainly using CC software to make the progress plan of the YK11-18 section of Yantai seaside road project. Then it optimizes the project schedule by shortening the time limit and changing the logical relation; 4th part is the control of the progress, including chapter 5, mainly through the way of dynamic monitoring to find the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress. And make timely adjustments: part 5th is the part of safeguard measures, including Chapter 6, mainly supporting measures to control the progress plan of the project; part 6th is the part of conclusions and prospects, including the last chapter, This paper mainly describes the conclusions and problems encountered in this paper. Based on the project management software, this paper applies the project management theory and method to the project schedule management of the YK11-18 section of Yantai seaside road. It minimizes the workload of the planning process, greatly improves the work efficiency of the project, and achieves the goal of shortening the project schedule and allocating resources evenly. At the same time, For Yantai Haibin Road YK11-18 section of the project to provide a certain reference.
