【摘要】：現(xiàn)代冶金領(lǐng)域的工程項(xiàng)目是場(chǎng)地區(qū)域緊湊、各種大型設(shè)備繁多、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程危險(xiǎn)系數(shù)高、涉及專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域廣的復(fù)雜工程。冶金設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目在工程設(shè)計(jì)階段涉及設(shè)計(jì)人員眾多、各專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)相互交叉,專(zhuān)業(yè)接口繁多,存在很多不確定因素,設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度難以保證,因此工程項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)度對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理十分重要。為確保項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的有序?qū)嵤?提升整體系統(tǒng)工作能力,探尋適合的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理方法具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文首先概述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論和研究應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀；然后分析中冶華天公司設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理現(xiàn)狀及其存在問(wèn)題：接著在此分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出建立進(jìn)度控制小組并按照不同管理層次、不同管理級(jí)別對(duì)進(jìn)度加以控制的進(jìn)度管理方法,并提出強(qiáng)化設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)、完善基礎(chǔ)檔案管理工作、加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、完善信息溝通與協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制等中冶華天設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理改進(jìn)措施；最后論文結(jié)合沙鋼100噸電爐煉鋼工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的管理實(shí)踐,說(shuō)明在矩陣式項(xiàng)目管理模式下,重視溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作、運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵路徑法和甘特圖法、加強(qiáng)人力資源管理與調(diào)配等完善項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制措施的具體應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The engineering projects in modern metallurgical field include compact site area, various large-scale equipment, high production process hazard coefficient and complex engineering involving a wide range of specialized fields. The metallurgical design project involves a large number of designers in the engineering design stage. The design schedule of the engineering project is very important to the project management. In order to ensure the orderly implementation of the progress plan of the project, the design schedule of the project is very important. It is of practical significance to improve the working ability of the whole system and to explore the suitable schedule management method of the design project. Firstly, the paper summarizes the basic theory and the current situation of research and application of the project schedule management. Then it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of schedule management of design project in China Metallurgical Company. Then, on the basis of the analysis, the paper puts forward the establishment of schedule control group and according to different management levels, The method of schedule management with different management levels is put forward to strengthen the schedule planning system of the design project, perfect the basic archives management, and strengthen the monitoring system of the progress of the design project. Improve information communication and coordination mechanism and other improvement measures of schedule management of Huatian design project in China Metallurgical Co., Ltd. Finally, combining with the management practice of the design project of 100 ton electric furnace steelmaking project in Shagang, the paper shows that under the matrix project management mode, Pay attention to the communication and coordination, use the key path method and Gantu method, strengthen the human resources management and deployment to improve the specific application of project schedule control measures.
