【摘要】：城市污水處理設施是城市重要基礎設施之一,對改善城市水環(huán)境質量,提升城市的對外形象,創(chuàng)造良好的投資環(huán)境,建設資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型城市等方面都具有非常重要的意義。本文主要對BZ鎮(zhèn)污水處理工程項目進行可行性分析研究,通過對項目相關的市場要素、資源基礎、技術條件、經濟和社會等方面的問題進行認真分析、論證和評價,以此確定該工程是否可行,并進一步選擇最優(yōu)投資建設方案。本文從項目的建設背景和基礎數(shù)據入手,通過投資方案、項目融資、生產銷售成本等進行了分析預測,從而對項目的建設可行性、投融資決策提供客觀翔實的依據。本文首先介紹了BZ鎮(zhèn)污水處理工程項目的概況和背景資料,對項目建設的必要性進行了論證,結合BZ鎮(zhèn)的實際情況和工程實施條件,采用近、遠期相結合,繼而來確定項目的工程建設規(guī)模、具體技術工藝的選擇、工程項目的管理等內容。其次對該項目進行了財務分析和經濟評價,重點進行項目的成本分析和盈利能力分析,在項目滿足國家和行業(yè)有關經濟評價標準的基礎上,分析項目的可行性和財務可持續(xù)性。并對項目的環(huán)境效益和社會效益進行了分析和評價,研究其對提高環(huán)�；A設施水平、促進國民經濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、改善當?shù)赝顿Y環(huán)境和吸引外資等方面起到的積極作用。綜上所述,開展BZ鎮(zhèn)污水處理工程項目可行性研究,并通過合理確定項目的建設規(guī)模和服務年限,認真測算項目的內部收益率、成本利潤預測等財務指標,對項目的系統(tǒng)風險進行分析預測,從而充分發(fā)揮項目的社會效益、環(huán)境效益和經濟效益,使BZ鎮(zhèn)污水處理系統(tǒng)內的污水得到徹底的處理,最終可以得出該項目具有巨大的社會意義和良好的市場效益的結論。
[Abstract]:Urban sewage treatment facilities is one of the most important infrastructure in the city, which can improve the quality of urban water environment, enhance the external image of the city, and create a good investment environment. The construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly cities are of great significance. This paper mainly analyzes the feasibility of BZ town sewage treatment project, through the project related market elements. The resource base, technical conditions, economic and social aspects are carefully analyzed, demonstrated and evaluated to determine the feasibility of the project. This paper starts with the background and basic data of the project, and analyzes and forecasts the investment scheme, project financing, production and sales cost and so on. Thus, the feasibility of the project construction, investment and financing decisions to provide an objective and accurate basis. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation and background information of the sewage treatment project in BZ town, and demonstrates the necessity of the project construction. Combined with the actual situation of BZ town and project implementation conditions, using the combination of short-term and long-term, then to determine the project construction scale, specific technical process selection. Secondly, the financial analysis and economic evaluation of the project are carried out, with emphasis on the cost analysis and profitability analysis of the project. The feasibility and financial sustainability of the project are analyzed on the basis of meeting the economic evaluation criteria of the country and the industry. The environmental and social benefits of the project are analyzed and evaluated. To improve the level of environmental protection infrastructure, promote the sustained and stable development of the national economy, improve the local investment environment and attract foreign investment and other aspects play a positive role. Carry out the feasibility study of BZ town sewage treatment project, and through the reasonable determination of the project construction scale and service life, carefully calculate the project's internal rate of return, cost and profit forecast and other financial indicators. The system risk of the project is analyzed and forecasted, so as to give full play to the social, environmental and economic benefits of the project, so that the sewage in the sewage treatment system of BZ town can be treated thoroughly. Finally, we can draw the conclusion that the project has great social significance and good market benefit.
