【摘要】：隨著技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,我國的工程行業(yè)也發(fā)展到了一個(gè)相對成熟的階段,現(xiàn)階段的項(xiàng)目管理中,工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制成為項(xiàng)目中的核心部分,項(xiàng)目管理者對此也格外重視。通常情況下,隨著項(xiàng)目工程的施工,項(xiàng)目也會(huì)發(fā)生進(jìn)度上的變化。帶來這種變化的既可能是項(xiàng)目本身的內(nèi)部因素,也可能是外部因素,這些各式各樣的因素對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度帶來了一定的影響,并且會(huì)影響到項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度和計(jì)劃,如果不及時(shí)對偏差進(jìn)行糾正,必然對整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度和成本產(chǎn)生不良影響,并最終對投資效益產(chǎn)生直接影響。因此對項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行管理和控制,也是保證項(xiàng)目能如期保質(zhì)保量完成的重要基礎(chǔ)。本文在對國內(nèi)外研究背景和研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、掙得值法等理論基礎(chǔ)和方法,針對目前項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制存在的問題,以HY醫(yī)院綜合教學(xué)樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例,對項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)度影響的因素、過程、內(nèi)容、程序、組織與實(shí)施、策略以及相關(guān)措施進(jìn)行研究,利用科學(xué)的方式對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行做出控制。本文結(jié)合HY醫(yī)院綜合教學(xué)樓為實(shí)際案例,對該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究,并制定優(yōu)化HY醫(yī)院綜合教學(xué)樓進(jìn)度控制的思路,最終制定實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的有效控制措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of technology, the engineering industry in China has also developed to a relatively mature stage. In the current project management, the progress control of the project becomes the core part of the project. Project managers also pay special attention to this. Usually, with the construction of the project, the progress of the project will also change. This change may be brought about by the internal factors of the project itself. May also be external factors, these various factors have a certain impact on the progress of the project, and will affect the progress of the project and the plan, if not timely to correct the deviation. It will inevitably have a negative impact on the progress and cost of the whole project, and ultimately have a direct impact on the efficiency of investment. Therefore, the construction schedule of the project is managed and controlled. It is also an important basis to ensure that the project can be completed on time. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research background and research status, this paper combines project management and project schedule management. In view of the problems existing in the current project schedule control, taking the HY hospital comprehensive teaching building construction project as an example, the factors, processes, contents and procedures affecting the progress of the project construction are discussed. Organization and implementation, strategies and related measures to study, the use of scientific methods to control the project. This paper combined with the HY hospital comprehensive teaching building as a practical case, the progress of the project management is studied. The train of thought of optimizing the progress control of comprehensive teaching building in HY hospital is worked out, and the effective control measures to realize the project progress target are worked out finally.
