【摘要】：L公司是一家中、美合資的汽車零部件配套企業(yè),主要產(chǎn)品是汽車線束。L公司作為有美資和國(guó)企血統(tǒng)的汽車零部件行業(yè),受國(guó)家政策影響巨大,中外合資,有其國(guó)家政策意義。汽車線束的生產(chǎn)有其特殊性,屬于勞動(dòng)密集型生產(chǎn)行業(yè),對(duì)于人的依賴性非常大。因此企業(yè)外部的質(zhì)量宏觀環(huán)境對(duì)汽車線束產(chǎn)品的制造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量影響非常大。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了質(zhì)量環(huán)境的概念、質(zhì)量環(huán)境的結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量環(huán)境的影響及質(zhì)量環(huán)境的特征,進(jìn)而研究影響汽車線束制造項(xiàng)目的外部質(zhì)量環(huán)境,分別從政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、法制環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境及物質(zhì)環(huán)境五個(gè)方面做了詳細(xì)分析,通過分析總結(jié)出對(duì)汽車線束制造質(zhì)量影響較大的影響因素,從而建立了多層評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。然后運(yùn)用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),運(yùn)用功效系數(shù)法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法得出各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的具體分值。從而建立了汽車線束制造項(xiàng)目的外部質(zhì)量環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)模型,并利用此模型做了2013年實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:Company L is a Sino-American joint venture auto parts supporting enterprise, the main product is the automobile wiring harness. As a car parts industry with American capital and state-owned enterprise lineage, the company is greatly influenced by the national policy, Sino-foreign joint venture. Has its national policy significance. The automobile wiring harness production has its particularity, belongs to the labor-intensive production industry. Therefore, the external quality macro environment has a great influence on the quality of automobile wire harness products. This paper briefly introduces the concept of quality environment and the structure of quality environment. The impact of the quality environment and the characteristics of the quality environment, and then study the external quality environment that affects the automobile wiring harness manufacturing project, respectively from the political environment, economic environment, legal environment. Social and cultural environment and material environment five aspects of detailed analysis, through the analysis summed up the car wiring harness manufacturing quality impact factors. Thus, the multi-layer evaluation index system is established, and then the weight coefficient of each index is determined by AHP. By using the efficiency coefficient method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the concrete scores of each index are obtained, and the external quality environment evaluation model of the automobile wire harness manufacturing project is established, and the empirical study on 2013 is done by using this model.
