【摘要】：高清電視是電視行業(yè)繼黑白電視、彩色電視之后的第三代電視,是未來電視發(fā)展大勢所趨,是電視臺充分利用內(nèi)容優(yōu)勢和傳播優(yōu)勢應(yīng)對手機、平板等新媒體的核心競爭力產(chǎn)品之一。當前我國廣播電視行業(yè)高標清同播化正處在向信息技術(shù)時代過渡的轉(zhuǎn)型期,隨著近些年建設(shè)項目的數(shù)量的增多、建設(shè)速度的加快,項目工程管理模式也逐漸由粗獷型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變。考慮到目前高清頻道資源的稀缺性,以及觀眾一旦收看高清電視節(jié)目較多之后,就再也不想看標清電視節(jié)目的收視習慣。對希望實現(xiàn)彎道超越的LN廣播電視臺來說,盡早實現(xiàn)全臺節(jié)目高標清同播化,不但是企業(yè)形象和實力的展現(xiàn),也是提高本單位整體管理水平的重要契機。我國對進度管理的理論研究已經(jīng)比較成熟,在建筑和工業(yè)領(lǐng)域也應(yīng)用較廣。但是在廣播電視領(lǐng)域,截止目前,研究電視工程建設(shè)項目進度管理的文章屈指可數(shù)。細致深入的應(yīng)用進度計劃與控制理論在廣播電視行業(yè)項目進度計劃與控制進行分析總結(jié)的文章,目前還沒有。本文對項目計劃與控制方法在地面頻道高標清同播項目建設(shè)中的具體應(yīng)用作了較深入分析�？蔀閺V播電視同類工程的項目管理提供借鑒方案,在廣播電視行業(yè)項目管理上具有一定參考價值。本課題以我國廣播電視發(fā)展實際為背景,針對LN廣播電視臺地面頻道高標清同播項目建設(shè)的工期目標,運用項目進度計劃與控制的WBS、CPM、PERT、橫道圖和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃原理,將此項目進行了工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)和工期估算,編制了合理的項目進度計劃,可以滿足項目工期需求。以該項目的進度計劃為基礎(chǔ),分析了影響項目施工的風險因素和項目進度控制的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)過程與調(diào)整系統(tǒng)過程,并提出對應(yīng)的進度控制方法和措施。
[Abstract]:HDTV is the third generation TV after black-and-white television and color TV in the television industry. It is the trend of the future TV development, and it is the TV station to make full use of the content advantage and the transmission advantage to deal with the mobile phone. At present, the broadcast and television industry in our country is in the transition period to the information technology era, with the increase of the number of construction projects in recent years. With the acceleration of construction, the project management mode has gradually changed from rough to intensive. Considering the scarcity of high-definition channel resources and the audience once watching more high-definition TV programs. Do not want to watch the standard clear TV program viewing habits. For the LN radio and television station that wants to achieve bend transcendence, as soon as possible to achieve the high standard TV programs broadcast together, not only is the corporate image and strength of the show. It is also an important opportunity to improve the overall management level of the unit. The theoretical research on schedule management in China has been more mature and widely used in the field of construction and industry. But in the field of radio and television, up to now. The detailed application of schedule planning and control theory in the radio and television industry project schedule and control analysis and summary of the article. At present, this paper makes a deep analysis on the concrete application of project planning and control methods in the construction of terrestrial channel high standard and clear simultaneous broadcasting project, which can provide a reference scheme for the project management of similar projects of radio and television. In the radio and television industry project management has a certain reference value. This topic based on the reality of radio and television development in China, aiming at the LN radio and television station ground channel high standard and clear broadcast project construction target. By using the WBSU CPMPERT, the horizontal track diagram and the network planning principle, the work breakdown structure and the time limit of the project are estimated, and a reasonable project schedule is worked out. Based on the schedule of the project, the risk factors affecting the construction of the project and the process of monitoring and adjusting the project schedule control are analyzed. And put forward the corresponding progress control methods and measures.
