【摘要】： 當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目管理作為一種科學(xué)的管理方法越來(lái)越受到人們的青睞。軟件項(xiàng)目管理是軟件企業(yè)過(guò)程中重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),它直接關(guān)系到軟件項(xiàng)目的成敗。要使項(xiàng)目做到按時(shí)交付、提供有品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品并且能控制成本,這就要求項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程以計(jì)劃為主線,在執(zhí)行過(guò)程中,以監(jiān)督和控制為手段,確保項(xiàng)目能達(dá)成預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。 論文圍繞項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程模型,以軟件項(xiàng)目的生命周期為線索將整個(gè)項(xiàng)目過(guò)程劃分為項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行、項(xiàng)目監(jiān)控、項(xiàng)目結(jié)案和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理六個(gè)子過(guò)程。在項(xiàng)目管理的過(guò)程中強(qiáng)調(diào)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。這樣的劃分,既符合人們的思維習(xí)慣,又為在實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了便利。主要內(nèi)容為: 1、提出強(qiáng)調(diào)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的改進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理模型; 2、將改進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理模型應(yīng)用到了泉州市環(huán)保局環(huán)境管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)中,在系統(tǒng)中采用微軟的Project軟件進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理。 3、從項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的整個(gè)階段對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,尤其是在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理部分,針對(duì)環(huán)保項(xiàng)目,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)模型總結(jié)出環(huán)保項(xiàng)目施工末期面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分類,針對(duì)不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),制定出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施。 通過(guò)在具體項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證說(shuō)明,論文所提出的項(xiàng)目管理方案模型對(duì)于提高軟件項(xiàng)目開發(fā)效率,降低軟件項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有較為顯著的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, as a scientific management method, project management is more and more popular. Software project management is an important link in the process of software enterprise. It is directly related to the success or failure of the software project. In order to make the project deliver on time, provide quality products and control the cost, this requires the project management process to plan as the main line, in the implementation process. Monitor and control as a means to ensure that the project is able to achieve the desired objectives. Based on the project management process model, the whole project process is divided into four parts: project initiation, project planning, project execution and project monitoring. Six sub-processes of project closure and risk management. Risk management is emphasized in the process of project management. This division not only accords with people's thinking habits, but also provides convenience for practical application. The main contents are as follows: 1. An improved project management model with emphasis on risk management is proposed. 2. The improved project management model is applied to the development of the environment management system of Quanzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, and the Project software of Microsoft is used to manage the project in the system. 3, the model is verified from the whole stage of the project implementation, especially in the risk management part, aiming at the environmental protection project, using the project risk management system model to summarize the risk faced by the environmental protection project in the end of construction. According to different risk assessment levels, risk control measures are worked out. Through the practice verification in specific projects, it is proved that the project management scheme model proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of software project development and reduce the risk of software project development.
