【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)應用的日益深入,煙囪似的信息系統(tǒng)構建模式導致研發(fā)采購工藝生產(chǎn)各業(yè)務過程單元信息孤島的形成,產(chǎn)生的問題日益明顯,由于系統(tǒng)間缺乏信息互通,協(xié)同業(yè)務難以實現(xiàn),無法對產(chǎn)品做到有效精細的全生命周期管理。而隨著市場的急速擴張,新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、管理創(chuàng)新的迫切需求,企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的研發(fā)模式無法滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要,制造企業(yè)引入先進技術,實施產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理系統(tǒng)顯得尤為迫切。經(jīng)過詳細的調研及整合化的業(yè)務分析,衡變公司擬設計并實施一套基于Winchill系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理系統(tǒng)(Product Lifecycle Management),該系統(tǒng)從項目管理到產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理,從主材、圖紙設計到變更管理,實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)的過程管控,從流程上優(yōu)化,基礎數(shù)據(jù)上把關,實現(xiàn)衡變公司的業(yè)務協(xié)同需求。本文先行闡述PLM相關的知識理念,以及PLM的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀。同時將一般功能及體系結構進行闡述;再是從系統(tǒng)具體需求調研開始,詳細了解各業(yè)務部門工作特點及需求,將各需求進行梳理整合、分類,建立相關的需求數(shù)據(jù)模型。然后結合各業(yè)務部門的具體需求,對系統(tǒng)所需的功能模塊進行設計,以此來實現(xiàn)業(yè)務部門需求,設計的時候需注意功能模塊的適應性和可擴展性。最后就是系統(tǒng)功能模塊的實現(xiàn)過程,并將實現(xiàn)過程中的好方法措施、經(jīng)驗提煉出來,作為后續(xù)實施相關系統(tǒng)的指導,以及后續(xù)系統(tǒng)功能提升的展望。本文在分析制造企業(yè)及產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理系統(tǒng)的基礎上,對PLM的若干關鍵問題進行研究,并結合PTC公司的Winchill產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),探討其客戶化的原理和途徑,并在此基礎上設計衡變公司變壓器產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理系統(tǒng)的實施方案,詳細闡述項目實施過程,并對運行三年的成果進行分析,研究,其中重點在于PLM系統(tǒng)的設計與實施。系統(tǒng)上線運行后,運行穩(wěn)定,業(yè)務人員認同度較高,對上線三年的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,指標優(yōu)異。對于縮短設計時間,提高生產(chǎn)效率,有重要的實際工程意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening application of enterprise information system, the chimney information system construction mode leads to the formation of information island of each business process unit in R & D and procurement process production, and the problems are becoming more and more obvious. Due to the lack of information exchange between systems, collaborative business is difficult to achieve, and can not achieve effective and precise product life cycle management. With the rapid expansion of the market, new product research and development, management innovation is an urgent need. The existing R & D model can not meet the development needs of enterprises, manufacturing enterprises introduce advanced technology, the implementation of product life cycle management system is particularly urgent. Through detailed research and integrated business analysis. The company plans to design and implement a product Lifecycle management system based on Winchill system. The system from project management to product data management, from the main materials, drawing design to change management, to achieve closed-loop process control, from process optimization, basic data control. This paper first describes the knowledge concept related to PLM, the development and current situation of PLM. At the same time, the general functions and architecture are expounded. Then it starts from the system specific needs investigation, detailed understanding each business department work characteristic and the demand, will each demand carding, classifies. Then according to the specific requirements of each business department, the functional modules needed by the system are designed to achieve the business department requirements. When designing, we should pay attention to the adaptability and expansibility of the function module. Finally, it is the realization process of the system function module, and the good methods and measures in the realization process, the experience is extracted out. As the guidance of the follow-up implementation of related systems and the prospect of the functional improvement of the follow-up system. Based on the analysis of manufacturing enterprises and product life cycle management system, this paper studies some key issues of PLM. Combined with the Winchill product data management system of PTC Company, this paper discusses the principle and approach of customization. On this basis, the implementation scheme of transformer product life cycle management system is designed, the project implementation process is described in detail, and the results of three years of operation are analyzed and studied. The key point is the design and implementation of PLM system. After running the system on line, the system runs stably, and the business personnel has a high degree of approval. The data on the line for three years is analyzed, the index is excellent, and the design time is shortened. Improving production efficiency has important practical engineering significance.
