【摘要】：本文結(jié)合國家及浙江省出臺的全科醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)相關(guān)政策,對浙江省推進(jìn)責(zé)任醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)的主要做法進(jìn)行了匯總分析,包括試點(diǎn)先行、政府主導(dǎo)和各部門協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)、落實(shí)配套政策、強(qiáng)化考核培訓(xùn)、加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)、提升基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)能力及完善機(jī)制體制等。浙江省基層衛(wèi)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報(bào)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,浙江省基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)的簽約人數(shù)穩(wěn)步增長、就診人次增加,基本公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)項(xiàng)目管理效果突出。但目前仍存在簽約服務(wù)有待進(jìn)一步宣傳、醫(yī)保等配套政策還需加大落實(shí)力度、基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)能力有待提高等問題,進(jìn)一步的工作也將圍繞上述方面,繼續(xù)做深做細(xì)做實(shí)責(zé)任醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)。希望本文針對浙江省推進(jìn)責(zé)任醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)的實(shí)踐探討,可以為我國其他地區(qū)的責(zé)任醫(yī)生簽約服務(wù)工作開展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Combined with the relevant policies of general practitioner contract service issued by the state and Zhejiang Province, this paper makes a summary and analysis on the main methods of promoting responsible doctor contract service in Zhejiang Province, including pilot first. The government will lead and coordinate with various departments to implement supporting policies, strengthen assessment and training, and strengthen information construction. Improve the service capacity of primary medical and health institutions and improve the mechanism and system. The data of Zhejiang Province grass-roots health network direct reporting system data show that the number of basic medical and health institutions in Zhejiang Province has steadily increased the number of medical and health visits increased. The effect of basic public health service project management is outstanding. However, there are still contract services to be further publicized, medical insurance and other supporting policies still need to be strengthened to implement. The service capacity of primary medical and health institutions needs to be improved, and further work will focus on the above aspects. It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for the service of responsible doctors in other regions of our country by discussing the practice of promoting the contract service of responsible doctors in Zhejiang Province.
