【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理在軟件項(xiàng)目管理中十分重要，但常常被忽視，，這與組織對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的認(rèn) 識(shí)不足有很大關(guān)系。介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的經(jīng)典理論，比較了幾種主流的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略和模型 。 還根據(jù)MIS系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)，在分析兩個(gè)主流的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方法的基礎(chǔ)上，提出MIS系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管 理的 優(yōu)化和集成思路。
[Abstract]:Risk management is very important in software project management, but it is often ignored, which is related to the lack of recognition of risk management in the organization. This paper introduces the classical theory of risk management. Several mainstream risk management strategies and models are compared. According to the characteristics of MIS system, two mainstream risk management methods are analyzed. The optimization and integration of risk management in MIS system are put forward.
