【摘要】：作為項目管理中的重要組成部分的項目進度管理,項目進度計劃的好與壞直接影響到一個項目的成敗。考慮到現(xiàn)實中的項目都存在著資源約束的,因此對于資源約束下的項目進度管理研究的意義重大。一般的企業(yè)項目對于工期具有很強的敏感性,在項目啟動就期望盡快結(jié)束項目以創(chuàng)造價值,所以能否減少項目工期在解決資源約束項目進度問題時的實際意義也同樣重要。在項目管理中,進度控制與成本控制質(zhì)量控制是項目的三大控制目標,質(zhì)量是本,成本是關(guān)鍵,而進度是中心。項目進度控制是一個動態(tài)和循環(huán)的過程,伴隨著項目的進行。本論文在介紹進度管理理論的和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了HDLG公司海上風(fēng)電項目進度控制現(xiàn)狀,對進度控制過程出現(xiàn)的問題進行了分析,提出了相應(yīng)的進度控制改進方案,在新項目中運用而提高了項目的進度,為未來海上風(fēng)電項目和其他國內(nèi)同行業(yè)項目進度管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of project schedule management, the good or bad of the project schedule has a direct impact on the success or failure of a project. Therefore, the research on project schedule management under resource constraints is of great significance. Generally, enterprise projects have a strong sensitivity to the duration of the project. In the beginning of the project, the project is expected to end as soon as possible to create value. Therefore, it is also important to reduce the project duration in solving the problem of resource constraint. In project management, schedule control and cost control quality control are the three major control objectives of the project. Quality is the key, cost is the key, and progress is the center. Progress control is a dynamic and circular process, accompanied by the progress of the project. This paper introduces the progress management theory and methods. This paper expounds the status quo of progress control of offshore wind power projects in HDLG Company, analyzes the problems in the process of progress control, and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme of progress control. The application in the new project improves the progress of the project and provides a reference for future offshore wind power projects and other domestic projects of the same industry progress management.
