【摘要】：隨著建筑行業(yè)競爭的加劇,總承包模式已經(jīng)成為建筑企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展趨勢,而需要指出的是總承包企業(yè)往往重視工程施工而忽略工程設(shè)計,導(dǎo)致設(shè)計變更、資源浪費甚至是重復(fù)建設(shè),因此精細(xì)化管理在總承包模式下的建筑企業(yè)設(shè)計管理中的應(yīng)用迫在眉睫。精細(xì)化管理理論已經(jīng)是較為成熟的項目管理理論,但是在以往的文獻研究中,鮮有將其應(yīng)用于設(shè)計管理之中,因此本文嘗試將精細(xì)化管理應(yīng)用于工程總承包設(shè)計管理中,具有一定的應(yīng)用價值和現(xiàn)實意義。本文對總承包模式下建筑企業(yè)項目設(shè)計管理的現(xiàn)狀進行深入調(diào)研,收集資料,針對傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計企業(yè)的設(shè)計管理問題進行剖析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出精細(xì)化管理應(yīng)用于總承包模式下建筑企業(yè)項目的設(shè)計管理當(dāng)中,并提出了具體方法,進行了實例研究。本論文得到主要結(jié)論如下：1、對精細(xì)化管理的概念進行界定,并對精細(xì)化管理的原則和重點進行了總結(jié),對總承包模式進行了介紹,同時介紹了總承包模式下的項目設(shè)計管理的概念及內(nèi)容,在此基礎(chǔ)上對一般化項目設(shè)計管理與精細(xì)化項目設(shè)計管理的異同,提出了總承包模式下的建筑企業(yè)一般項目管理向精細(xì)化項目管理過渡的必然性。2、對傳統(tǒng)模式下建筑企業(yè)設(shè)計管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題及成因及進行了分析,闡述了如何在建筑企業(yè)進行精細(xì)化管理,建立了建筑企業(yè)的精細(xì)化設(shè)計管理流程,并介紹精細(xì)化設(shè)計管理方法BIM技術(shù)。3、通過對廣西華藍(lán)公司某高校綜合樓項目的精細(xì)化設(shè)計管理的實證研究來探討精細(xì)化管理在建筑企業(yè)設(shè)計管理中應(yīng)用的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of competition in the construction industry, the general contracting mode has become the business development trend of construction enterprises, and it should be pointed out that general contracting enterprises often attach importance to engineering construction and ignore engineering design, resulting in design changes. Because of the waste of resources and even repeated construction, the application of fine management in the design management of construction enterprises under the general contracting mode is urgent. The theory of fine management has become a more mature theory of project management. However, in the previous literature research, it is rarely applied to design management, so this paper tries to apply fine management to the general contract design management. It has certain application value and practical significance. This paper carries on the thorough investigation to the construction enterprise project design management under the general contracting mode, collects the data, carries on the analysis to the traditional design enterprise design management question. On this basis, the paper puts forward the application of fine management in the design management of construction enterprise project under the general contracting mode, and puts forward the concrete method, and carries on the case study. The main conclusion of this paper is as follows: 1. The concept of fine management is defined, the principles and key points of fine management are summarized, the general contracting mode is introduced, and the concept and content of project design management under general contract mode are introduced. On the basis of this, the similarities and differences between the general project design management and the refined project design management are put forward, and the inevitability of the transition from general project management to refined project management in general contracting mode is put forward. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems, causes and causes of design management of construction enterprises under the traditional mode, expounds how to carry out fine management in construction enterprises and establishes the fine design management flow of construction enterprises. The fine design management method BIM technology is also introduced. This paper discusses the effectiveness of the application of refined management in the design management of construction enterprises through the empirical study on the fine design management of a comprehensive building project in a university of Guangxi Hualan Company.
