【摘要】：正近年來,由于各級(jí)黨委、政府對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新的不斷重視,各類政府資助科技項(xiàng)目越來越多,全社會(huì)對(duì)科技項(xiàng)目的關(guān)注度越來越高。作為反映科技研發(fā)活動(dòng)與科技管理工作過程的重要載體與真實(shí)記錄,科技項(xiàng)目檔案的規(guī)范管理已變得日益重要。切實(shí)找準(zhǔn)當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目檔案管理中存在的問題,提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策措施,進(jìn)一步提高科研檔案的管理質(zhì)量和利用價(jià)值,顯得十分必要。一、準(zhǔn)確把握政府資助科技項(xiàng)目檔案管理的特質(zhì)政府資助科技項(xiàng)目是科技項(xiàng)目中的一種,其檔案管理具有一般科技項(xiàng)目的共性,但因?yàn)槭钦?br/>[Abstract]:Is because in recent years, Party committees at all levels, government attaches great importance to the innovation of science and technology, all kinds of government funded science and technology project more and more, the whole society of science and technology project more and more attention. As an important carrier to reflect the scientific and technological research and development activities and technology management process and the real record, to standardize the management of project of science and technology archives has become increasingly important the present project archives. Effectively identify management problems, propose targeted measures, to further improve the quality of management of scientific research archives and use value, is very necessary.
